Repose on rt. 28.they act nice to trick you in to signing a contract.they lie if you do not think so ask for everything that will be on first bill compare to what they told you much more. I had one on one personal human service Sat at Verizon in Milford!!!! Real service like the old days! I really think those who make people feel comfortable and like life is good will be gaining tons of business. They were busy! AT store had the doors locked and only would open them 2 inches to talk to me. They told me I had to order online and pick it up. I said no I want to talk to a saleperson who knows what they are doing in person! He got all huffy. I said do you mean to tell me ALL verizon stores are doing this?? He proceeded to tell me in a super snotty tone that the Milford store doesn't care about your health!! I said GOOD! I'm going to Milford!!!! Went to Milford got great service and a new phone on the spot! Boy it felt good. Cannot wait for everything to open up. A super nice young lady helped me. I'll get her name and put it on here. While these negative reviews speak of the past, my experience at Cellular Sales was very positive. The purchase and updating of two iPhones went smoothly and we were waited on right away. The clerk was upfront about everything, including the activation charges, and did not push anything on us that we did not want, pointing out features that helped my son and daughter-in-law make choices that they were both pleased with. Give this place a chance; it is in a great location and they have a good supply of phones from Apple, Google, Samsung, and other manufacturers. read more

This store is a rip off. I will only go to corporate stores now. Sales person was very rude and while he was being rude the other agents just watched as this kid accused me of things I did not do and took an hour to get a refund. Never Ever again at this location. This place is a rip off and you deal with people you do not know what they are doing and do not care about you. I went in to see why my phone was acting up. Jake at the store looked at my phone and made some adjustments then started telling me all iPhone 7 are having the same trouble. He then switched out my sim card to try to fix it. He did not at any time tell me that by doing this, it could disable my phone. After he realized a new sim card did not work, he blamed it on the sim card reader that he said did not work. He tried another sim card but with out any success. He said that the only thing I could do is to purchase a new phone. I said no thank you and that I will just use my phone as is. I then left and as I was driving, I tried to call my son. I then realized that my phone would not call out. I could not send text messages either. I returned to the store to confront Jake and was intercepted by another sales person. She explained that my phone is broken and that there is nothing they can do about it. She said that is the risk I take when I asked them to fix it. I informed her that I walked in with a functioning phone and said they need to make it right that I leave with a working phone. She said she could not do that. I asked to speak to a manager. 1 hour later the manager comes over - Justin Mitchell. He as well said that the actions they took was not why my phone does not work anymore. He said that changing a sim card is a typical fix and works most of the time. He as well would not make it right. I left with a non working phone and so furious I could feel my face was red. When I returned home, I called Apple and made an appt to see them at their store the next day. The next morning, I plugged my phone in to charge it so that it was ready for Apple. My husband said, let's just see if you can call out. I tested my phone and to my complete surprise the phone worked. I could call out and receive calls, send texts and receive texts. My husband said many times a new sim card takes some time to activate. So my phone was not broke as Jake had said it was. He and the manager did not even mention that it could take time to activate. They were both idiots. I continued to my Apple appt just to see if my phone was bad. They ran a diagnoses and found nothing was wrong with my phone. The Apple advisor changed some settings and also reset my phone. That fixed my phone completely. My phone is perfect now. I asked him if my phone was broke as Jake and Justin with Verizon said it was. The Apple advisor said it is unfortunate that Verizon has people there that only want to sell product so they can earn commission. They do not care about the people that come in other than to boost their paycheck. He said my phone is completely fine. My suggestion is to NEVER GO INTO THE VERIZON store in MILFORD, OHIO. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!! How people like that can sleep at night. If you need help with your phone, contact Apple. They are definitely more knowledgeable and really care about their customers. You could also go to a corporate VERIZON store. There is one on Beechmont AVE in Cincinnati Ohio. I have been there before and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. These people are crooks. According to Verizon (the real Verizon) they are just a retailer...They charged $40 per phone for "program and set up fees" when we upgraded phones. Even though one phone was returned, they did not refund the fee. According to the real verizon (the people at verizon who answer the phones, they can charge what they want. Also, they would not honor an apple promotion that occurred after the sale. Most reputable businesses will honor a sale price within 30 days...This was only 17 days later and it cost us $100 bucks. STAY AWAY FROM THESE STORES...ONLY DEAL ON LINE. read more

Me and my wife stopped in on a Saturday afternoon while back to school supply shopping to upgrade her iPhone 6 and switch to a Samsung phone. We were also going to transfer her old phone to a new line for our teenage daughter. We were greeted by a young salesman at the door that explained their system was down nationwide and he would help the best he could. I asked for a Samsung S7 which were still being offered through the Verizon website. I recommended this as her first android phone coming from Apple. She was familiar with the functions of my S7 edge. She desired the great camera, physical home button, bigger screen, headphone jack and expandable memory. The salesman immediately stated that they don't carry it in stock and continued to be persistent by up selling us to a Google Pixel phone. We told him that is not what we are looking for and that I would order an S7 through the Verizon website. He made a smart remark about how is he going to make a paycheck if we order online. He continued his persistent push to purchase a newer phone and showed us their floor model of the S7. He tried to convince us that the phone is outdated and kept offering different newer phones like the Google Pixel for unlimited storage, I explained that my wife wanted to listen to her music locally like her 64gig iPhone and not try storing everything in the cloud which meant having to move to an unlimited plan. He also forcefully suggested the LG G6, Samsung S8 and the Moto Z. Basically telling us every other phone sold in that store was better than the S7. I explained to him again that she wanted a physical home button. He got rude and asked my wife condescendingly if she was really going to choose a phone based on a home button. We were done and walking out the door due to the bad customer service. He was absolutely no help and tried pushing us into an unwanted purchase. He finally offer to order the phone we requested online as we were walking out the door. But the system was still down and what seems like a supervisor sitting behind him was too busy with his face in his phone. Neither one of them were any help and was only worried about pushing for a commission. Being long time customers, I have never had an experience like this at Verizon even when I had to get a replacement phone while on vacation. read more
