Laken and her team took their time to sit with me and explain everything as well as try to help me find all of the deals that I could. She was extremely patient and helpful. I don't live in the Martin area, but later had a question about my bill. I contacted her again and she was more than willing to help me out even though I could have gone to a T Mobile store in my town/state. I cannot recommend their services enough.

Dropped laptop off months ago. Needed info transferred from it since it died. Never got a phone…read morecall. I have called at least 3 times to check on it and have been told technician does not come into until noon or so. Have been promised return calls with no luck. Called again this morning and was told same thing. Micah called me back and swore they had called me several times with no luck and my computer was disposed of. But when I stated I would pull call logs etc he all of sudden found my hard drive. My ticket was still open in their system. Micah proceeded to laugh and talk about how long I left it there and we were lucky he found it. I called his business inept and he just kept on laughing and talking to another person about me. Hopefully when I go to pick up my hard drive it is still there and not damaged.
