Possibly the worst customer service skills I have ever seen or experienced. I have a broken iphone, and a new one that verizon sent me. I called the business customer care ( which is awesome ) and they said to goto the store and they would assist me in activating the new iphone replacment.....BTW was over $1000.00.... I get to the store and they say they need to text me...I show them that my old iphone is broken and cannot turn on...and tell them that corporate said to come in and they would assist me getting it up and running. They then tell me that they cant help me because I cannot get a text ON A BROKEN PHONE!!! What a bunch of incompetent morons! What am I supposed to do? Maybe they can send smoke signals.... :( read more

Had a fight with the ocean, the ocean won. For my punishment, my phone screen would not come on...and much more. I went in to the Hermiston Verizon store, and an angel Named Tarz helped me or 4.5 hours. He was so patient and helpful. I can't stress enough the steps he went through to transfer ALL my info to another phone that I brought in. He helped me with a new less expensive plan too. I just can't thank him enough! read more

The manager is nice and very friendly. With that being said, this verizon is by far one of the worst. Employees are rude and act like you are a burden when you need help. They're not knowledgeable on the products whatsoever. Go elsewhere, if possible. read more

I find it odd that no one has reviewed this store in three years. I have been in multiple times. A mistake was made once and they fell over themselves to correct it. The person who I think was the manager (lady wearing an obscene amount of make up) seemed right on top of making sure her minions were helping people promptly. I went to pay my bill and see if they would put a screen protector on. I forgot to check in at computer in the middle when you first walk in. So after 45 min of waiting. They couldn't help me cause they dont sell the brand of screen protector. So I said to the lady well you could've told me that 45 mins ago so I Ieft peacefully. Next I was at my Church and a jealous mexican husband wanted to know how many times I'm there and why I was there. read more

I recently switched to Verizon, only because they had decent coverage. The customer service and the knowledge of the employees was horrible I felt like I was just getting fed a bunch of crop dust. I spend over 6 hours trying to get a rebate verified. The employees at the store couldn't help with anything, they couldn't even fax their customer service agreement to their own offices, or apply my military discount. Just had a super easy experience at Verizon. We were passing through town and needed to investigate issues with both of our phones. We were helped within a few minutes of arriving. Within a few more minutes, one phone was fixed and the other phone was reordered to be delivered to our house with free shipping (battery issue covered by contact). Every time I come in here the same guy has such a attitude with me. When we need help And he's the only available I will try to get him to help but he always rude and he saids whatever I'm saying is wrong even though the manager says different. Unless you have a simple and I mean simple transaction, you're better off calling verizon customer service. The employees, although pleasant, really don't seem to know what they are doing. My transaction, load prepaid minutes into my hot spot. Sold me the plan and told me it would automatically load. I knew this wasn't the case, so I left and had to call customer service. Sure enough they told me it had to be loaded and the person at the store failed to do so. read more

Best experience I've had in a cell phone store... And I've had a lot of them.... I believe her name was Cindy or Cynthia, she was very helpful and polite... So happy I switched from AT&T to Verizon... I'm not a tech guy and was hesitant on getting a smart phone because I wasn't sure id be able to use it very easily... The lady who helped me showed me a lot about it and showed me how to use my new phone in a way I could actually understand and I love it now!!! I'd recommend switching to verizon to anyone who has a cell phone. read more
