He was patient and explained everything and got me the best deal and bang for my buck. He was true to his word and representations bc I had to order stuff. And he was full service. The plans for cells are good for the family plans. And I am a loyal account. If you feel like just another piece of paper/account to your cell phone provider, don't do it. I came here from WS to address an error that Verizon on-line ordering made. Way to long of a story for this but Verizon (on-line) screwed the pooch big time but James at this store went above and beyond to get the situation corrected including getting on the phone with a Verizon rep and made them move. He synced my wife's new phone and gave some lessons on the proper use. He also attached a screen protector perfectly and ran through the warranty information on all items purchased. James was extremely friendly, patient and helpful through the entire process. So much so I will make an effort to return here from WS for my upgrade. read more

He switched everything out, got be the best plan, great discounts and even setup my car! in the past, going to a phone store has always been a hassle and something I dreaded. The woman there was extremely rude to deal with when I was trying to pay my wife's bill. I gave her the billing zip code, 29501 which is correct (see photo), yet when she entered it, the system said it was incorrect and I could not proceed to make the payment. This is a major glitch in your on-line payment system, which is why I have always paid at the Kiosk in my home city. Unfortunately, there is no Kiosk at this location, so I had to deal with this person and her terrible attitude. Here's a lesson in business and service; DON'T BLAME THE CUSTOMER. MAYBE TRY AND UNDERSTAND THAT IT'S YOUR SYSTEM THAT HAS A PROBLEM. MAYBE YOU SHOULD BE PROACTIVE AND TRY AND FIX IT, RATHER THAN BEING A JERK AND BEING RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER! read more

I had trouble charging my I-phone 5 last week, and realized it really needed to br replaced. Being Verizon customers for many, many years, I went to Cellular Sales near us on New Garden Road. I was fortunate to have Jelly Garcia greet me at the door. He immediately checked out my old phone, then talked with me about my phone use to determine what would be a good replacement.
