I work with Verizon, not only through my work, but with my personal phone. The people here always seem nice, but however it seems like whenever I come to this location for a problem, they always send me to the 1-800 number. It's frustrating because they're supposed to be here for support their customers, but they never actually help me (support me). Verizon in general really just really needs to think things through as a company. read more

They've been in a case since the day I got them and they were in pristine condition. When I picked them up, there were several scratches, scuffs and marks all over the case. I dread coming to this store. I wish that Best Buy was an authorized Apple dealer. They have much friendly employees who at least pretend to care about their job and the customers they serve.

I experienced terrible customer service at this Verizon store. It seems that you do not take these negative reviews seriously, as the quality of customer service has not improved. When I visited today to pay my bill and asked a few questions, instead of bringing in a supervisor to address my concerns, the staff simply replied, "I don't know." This response was not helpful at all. Having worked in customer service before, I understand how important it is to assist customers effectively. I recommend that you train your employees to provide clear answers to simple questions and to treat customers with respect. It's no surprise that this store has a rating of only two stars. read more

The integra has a Wifi module automatically update the firmware and it was not set up when they installed it. Lends to them not understanding the equipment they install.

They took both glasses in the back room where I could not see and then came out and said they were the same. I have photos of both lenses and they are over 4 times as thick for what they are claiming is the same thickness. This is completely ridiculous. I asked for a refund by they said I had to pay $118.40, just because they lied about lenses. I would never buy here ever!! Stay far away.
