I work with Verizon, not only through my work, but with my personal phone. The people here always seem nice, but however it seems like whenever I come to this location for a problem, they always send me to the 1-800 number. It's frustrating because they're supposed to be here for support their customers, but they never actually help me (support me). Verizon in general really just really needs to think things through as a company. read more

Computer Hardware did the work at no charge to me. I had been thinking about replacing the phone but it works so much better with the new battery that now I plan to wait at least until the next generation is available next September. The Computer Hardware staff were friendly and efficient. Work was done on time. Their was no visible damage to the finish of the phone - it looked brand new when returned.

I live 30 miles out and when I arrived they told me it was a mistake and not done. When the computer was finally complete a couple of days later, I picked it up and asked for a discount for my time and gas that cost me for coming in that Monday. The person at the desk went back and talked to the manager and all they could do is offer me a screen saver which I did not need. I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person. I do want to mention that my computer is fixed and working and I do commend them for that.

I experienced terrible customer service at this Verizon store. It seems that you do not take these negative reviews seriously, as the quality of customer service has not improved. When I visited today to pay my bill and asked a few questions, instead of bringing in a supervisor to address my concerns, the staff simply replied, "I don't know." This response was not helpful at all. Having worked in customer service before, I understand how important it is to assist customers effectively. I recommend that you train your employees to provide clear answers to simple questions and to treat customers with respect. It's no surprise that this store has a rating of only two stars. read more

Been a loyal customer of Verizon for 15 years and this store made me want to switch carriers. I…read morebrought my husband over from US Cellular. It took us 3 hours to get our plan activated with no explanation as to why we were having problems switching my number from one Verizon plan to a new one. RJ was passive-aggressive and less than helpful. My husband sat on the phone with the service department for 2 hours trying to figure out the problem while RJ sat on his phone and washed the windows. When we were finally done on the phone and ready to proceed we had to wait on RJ because he was helping other people. To then "expedite the process" RJ started clicking through our contract and accepting the terms until I said, "If that's our contract shouldn't we do that??" He claimed we were getting the teacher discount and trade-in discounts. We were not told how to send our trade-ins, or how to activate the discount. We had to sit on the phone with billing for 2 hours getting it straight but unfortunately, due to RJ's lack of competency, we are still getting charged $120 more for our July bill than we said it would be. Reached out to the manager Nick and the district manager Amelia but took 6 days to hear back from one of them. No apology for this horrible process, how much time we've spent figuring this out or the complete lack of customer service by his employee. The worst Verizon service my family and I have experienced in 15 years.

In short, I paid for the device (trade-in your old phone/upgrade) in the store and they did not apply the discounts. I have been being billed for a phone (that I paid for in the store), 2 smart watches & an iPad (that were Free) on my monthly bill. I have both called and gone into the store multiple, multiple times where I am put off and told that a Manager 'Nick' (who is the individual who actually set up our plans incorrectly in the first place) or Holly, neither of which have returned my call ONCE. Now I am being told that too much time has transpired after months and months of communication. I feel like I am 'stuck' and have been taken for a ride by TCC Verizon. This cannot be that difficult to sort out. I would not utilize this store in a future purchase as they have been dishonest and ineffective.

T-Mobile has a lot of extras on its plan-like free Netflix and other streaming services. My group…read moreplan is relatively cheap, BUT....The new phone "free" options are not really free-The call-in customer service is outsourced to a foreign country. BUT the worst .. is the customer service people at the 90th and Blondo. I have ended up leaving 4 out of 5 times after 15 min and no one acknowledges/welcomes you. You have to go up to them and ask a question to decide if you want to wait forever for a chance at getting helped. I use that term loosely. Last case scenario..We were buying a 14Pro - was told it wasn't free unless we bought more things. They don't sell (in store) any phone over 128gb. Then we would have to buy it at Apple then bring it back to T-Mobile to program because it no longer has a sim card to just switch... Not so! Apple did everything for us-sell it, transferred cloud and programed without a Sim. Just to give this location 1 more chance- I went in for the free cup 2/14. Two crew members were working- AGAIN- no greeting, & in no hurry. Helping a person each. One customer was in front of me, 3 more came in after me-one of them finally went up to ask a question& stated that 3others were just waiting for a cup-2 more came in, 2 others got tired of waiting and left. Workers never greeted anyone. I was determined to see just how long it would take to get this cup even after they knew 3 of 5 wanted a cup.....58min. Deserves no stars

I needed help after putting a new SIM card, as was leaving a previous carrier. I had been assured…read moreby previous carrier that my number had been released and unlocked so I could get T-mobile service. Amy, the clerk who waited on me was very helpful. She went so far as to go the website of the previous carrier and "unlock my phone. " She was knowledgeable, calm and patient. I have to use a cane to get around. Immediately upon my entry, she gave me her chair to be seated. That is very kind and what I call intuitive customer service. I appreciate Amy and the way she solved the problem! Thank you, Amy!
