I ordered an ipad after being in the store for over two hours letting them know I wanted one. talked to fraud prevention(twice) with a 713+ credit score lol. paid 113.86 with card at POS after finally building order with manager Kip and received no paperwork, no receipt, no emails, nothing. (verified email add 3x with them). it's been days and I've tried the entire time to get some kind of tracking information or confirmation email or anything. I've talked to everyone Verizon has. I feel like I've been working harder than them on a solution and I'm not a Verizon employee. I do not recommend this location or this service and I haven't even received a device yet or know where it even is at In shipping. read more

Store opens at 11am, it's now 12:15pm and the store is still not open. Waste of my time. We made an appointment the night before and we were told the store opens at 11am, it says 11am online, on the door, and on the phone. Probably worst service ever. I don't understand why it is that I have a phone plan with one other person and we pay $250+ only for the service to NEVER work. It never loads anything and it's always continuously slow. We have the unlimited package plan too. Y'all charge out the ass but your internet is shit. The Verizon store is modern and equipped with all the new fun gadgets. Even the sales staff carry tablets to aide the customer in making purchases or changes to their services. My most recent visit was both informative and productive. I really enjoyed the one on one service I received. My sales associate was knowledgeable about the products and services and took the time to listen to what I was wanting. Kudos Verizon. read more

My 73 mother went into the Verizon store to upgrade her phone, she was exchanging her Samsung galaxy 8 for a galaxy 9. She is not tech savvy when it comes to phones, she normally has someone go with her, but on this particular day no one was available and she needed a new phone. Well it's Verizon store so we can trust them to treat her right. The staff was nice to her, but they stole her galaxy 8 from her. Yes stole is the right word, because the sales person said would u like me to get rid of your old phone for you and recycle it? Of course she says yes - it has been my experience when u trade my phones in I get a "trade in" or exchange value when I trade it in, if not we all know these smart phones in good working order can be sold easily for a couple hundred bucks - being 73 and always having help she of course does not realize the sales person is ripping her off by not giving her and exchange price for keeping the phone or telling her she can sale it. I'm betting the salesman pocketed the money for this phone - I'm sure it didn't go into the disposal like he told her.
