Update, after over a week of having to hounding the rep for a quote an order was placed. Upon pick…read moreup another week later several cabinets were missing. I was told they would be in by the end if the week. This mind you after I was already told all but one cabinet (an upper which doesn't hold things up) was available. The end of the week came I had to call them for an update only to find out the cabinets were not there right color and would have to be refinished. Now it'll be another week to 10 days before I can finish my clients kitchen. A kitchen that normally takes only a week to demo and complete. My clients are not happy with their service as they are without a useful kitchen. Insult to injury there has been no apology, amends or remorse. It just good business to push to provide the product you promise making it priority especially when you mess up.
