Quick Fix fixed the Mac screen much faster than other shops had given me an estimate for fixing, and at a lower price. The quality of their work was excellent! I would use Quick Fix again if I needed a device repaired.

She warmly greeted me, "Take a seat and I'll be right with you!" 25 minutes later the agent had not said "Boo!" to me. She made no effort to multi-task even though there was lots of idle time in their transaction. I finally stood up and asked, "Should I keep waiting, or will this [I pointed to the 3 of them] take all night?" The agent responded,"This will take all night! Come back tomorrow at 10:00." No apology for wasting my time! No apology for ignoring me for almost 1/2 hour. NOTHING! Not even in tone! Pathetic!

Not once but twice, I was sent a different phone which was so much smaller than my original phone and I needed a large phone because I have been in a work accident and it affected my eyes severely,that being said- I went into Verizon to ask them what I could do maybe they could help me? Well they said there was nothing they could do about it even though it's their insurance but... they said they could help me get a really good deal on a bigger version and also throw in a tablet and a smartwatch for free only having to pay $10 on the month on each item well that was a lie nothing was free my insurance is $25 a month for Verizon home and $20 a month for my phone insurance I went in there telling them about this accident I had been in and what circumstances surrounded why I needed the same size phone I had
