This review is about spectrum not Chillicothe site! 289 dollar a month no espn, abc, fx! Internet…read moreis supposed to be fastest speed but can't get PlayStation to stay logged in says internet out, always going down!!! Not to mention spectrum cell phone doesn't work circleville and not much on hwy 104!!!! Poor overall services spend hours on phone waiting to cancel services and then when u get through to someone they try to make u feel bad or like your going to regret leaving!!! We actually had to argue with the cell phone retention people as we sat with T-Mobile gal and spectrum claiming we couldn't transfer our numbers while we spoke to her on our new T-Mobile line with old number that had already been transferred and taken over by T-Mobile!! So far 30 dollars for T-Mobile 5g internet is working fine and ways less expensive with YouTube tv!!! Goodbye spectrum u have gotten a lot of money out of us but no more!!!!

Today (9/22/21),I called in because of a billing issue that was my bad, my service got shut off…read moredeservingly so because I missed 2 payments. I thought It was on autopay and it was not. I called them as soon as I realized it was shut off and told Kendra about my situation and because I was behind I need needed to make $112 payment to turn it back on. i told her my situation that I am an 80% disabled veteran and am also on Ssdi on top of that due to a military injury. I told them that my son tested positive for Covid yesterday (9/21/21) and had to be out of school until the first and he has to have internet until then because his school told him to log into google classroom everyday to complete his work while he is out. And without internet he can't do that and asked if I payed half of it until I get paid again in 7 days if they could turn it back on for him and Kendra had no problem helping me out! and said that because I owe the $112 that someone could turn it back off again because they don't do the agreement like that. But I payed $50 which is what I had left for gas and essentials till i get paid again so I payed it tho she said I didn't need to but it would always help to pay down on your bill anyway but it was up to me and already had it turned it back on! I went ahead and payed it anyway though. Kendra is an awesome employee and deserves a raise! I hope spectrum sees this and finds my account and her notes to find out exactly which Kendra it was and give her one heck of a promotion! Manager material!!! Thank you spectrum and Kendra for helping my son be able to log into school during this difficult time! Thank you again! -Kory
