I…read morestarted seeing this from the numerous repeated contacts that came from at&t the 1st. and 2nd. weeks of my brief time there. I was told that at&t had 5g service! I never received it! I was sent conflicting bill amounts. Had to pay a partial month fee- wasn't informed of that. Between the unbelievable slow data and the aggravating repeated emails/messages, in just 23 days I was sick of it!! I would avoid this location at all cost. After sharing my frustrations with the assistant manager and informing him I was sold the wrong phone plan. It went in one ear and out the other. So I'm assuming what took place was acceptable. How sad. Would love to have a discussion with the district manager.

Went back to have it fixed again, it's under warranty, they said it's cracked. It is cracked on the inside not the outside. They checked it for impact and could not determine if it had a hard impact. They want another $130 to replace the screen again because the warranty doesn't cover a cracked screen. The screen is cracked on the inside. I said it must have been damaged when they installed the new screen but the goof said that was impossible. How does a screen get cracked on the inside? I told this so called technician, that I've seen screens completely broken and still work. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS REPAIR SHOP!

I called them as soon as I realized it was shut off and told Kendra about my situation and because I was behind I need needed to make $112 payment to turn it back on. i told her my situation that I am an 80% disabled veteran and am also on Ssdi on top of that due to a military injury. I told them that my son tested positive for Covid yesterday (9/21/21) and had to be out of school until the first and he has to have internet until then because his school told him to log into google classroom everyday to complete his work while he is out. And without internet he can't do that and asked if I payed half of it until I get paid again in 7 days if they could turn it back on for him and Kendra had no problem helping me out! and said that because I owe the $112 that someone could turn it back off again because they don't do the agreement like that. But I payed $50 which is what I had left for gas and essentials till i get paid again so I payed it tho she said I didn't need to but it would always help to pay down on your bill anyway but it was up to me and already had it turned it back on! I went ahead and payed it anyway though. Kendra is an awesome employee and deserves a raise! I hope spectrum sees this and finds my account and her notes to find out exactly which Kendra it was and give her one heck of a promotion! Manager material!!!
