My whole family goes to this Verizon store, 4 generations. Each one of us have different types of phones & when we come in we have our own unique problems/issues/questions. We get the best service, but we do ask for Marcus. He's amazing! He can resolve any problems/issues/questions in a matter of minutes, but will take the necessary time to have everything in working order before you leave as a happy customer. He's very knowledgeable, professional, polite & always has a smile. He goes the extra step to make sure your taken care of & if for some reason it's beyond help, he'll direct you in the right direction. Stay away from this Verizon store they are incredibly incredibly insufficient and slow. Average wait time is 45 min to 1.5 hours with two people in the store. If I could give a negative star or zero I would. I got your response and noway would I give this specific store another chance. I understand that not everyone can be pleased but 1 and almost half hour wait time is unacceptable. Especially when two customers walk in and are seen within 15 minutes of their arrival time. No we where not skipped over but to see this made us very upset and uncomfortable. I have other thoughts on why maybe we where made to wait so long but I'll keep those to myself. Jaqueline Cruz from Verizón. Very unprofessional attended customers in the worse way super sassy y with very sarcastic attitude. I came in to ask a couple of questions regarding the new plans they have been announcing on tv since I was interested in changing phone plans from T mobile to Verizon I was very excited to do so and I have never been attended this way in T mobile. She never explained the plans, got an attitude with my 15 year old sister when she asked a simple question. Came in and judge my cracked phone when I did not go in to get an analysis on my phone I came in to get a new phone and change my line.
