Andy got back to me very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to walk through to give me a quote. He arrived as planned, and we went through what we needed. Andy provided me a quote and we talked about deposit, and Andy went on his way. I had received a couple of other quotes too, and we went with the lowest bid which was Andy. Now normally I like to go with the mid ground quote, but the dream house cost a pretty penny and we were going to be with them, so cost was a big factor for us...but Andy was nice at initial meet so I paid the deposit and hoped for the best. Fast forward a few days, and Andy reached out to let me know that he was on the way but had a brief hold up. He and 3 other individuals arrived, introductions were made and we did another quick walk through to show the team of 4 what was getting moved. Andy, Dan, Jackie and Steve got to work, moving all of the stuff we discussed. Okay, these guys made quick work of our heavy stuff, you know, all the stuff that our 40+ year old backs need time to recover if we had moved. Or the stuff that would have caused my husband and I to argue, or the stuff that we moved the last time and said WE ARE NEVER MOVING THAT STUFF AGAIN! And I have no idea how they did it so quickly because they did it with utmost care!! In addition to being great at their jobs, these people were all just really good people. They were super nice and just chill people that made the day fly by! Okay, maybe my day flew by because we were going to my aforementioned dream home, and they lifted all the things big and small. The day came to an end and Andy and company came through 6 minutes under the estimated timeframe. This crew went above and beyond and although I AM NEVER EVER EVER, GOING TO MOVE AGAIN...if my fatal flaw rises up again (I creep on Zillow), I will be sure to call Andy and the rest of The Crew Moving Company!!!!

I had my boiler serviced by J Fries three times since October; I've been down there several times…read moreopening the valve to release the pressure like Jim showed me to do when they were installing a new expansion tank (something that felt odd to me, constantly having to run down to do but it's my first time with a boiler system) it was taken out on me when they cracked my pipe when replacing the expansion tank, and I said I wasn't gonna pay for that. It felt awkward the rest of the time they were in my home. Now It's been below zero outside and my boiler still needs to be serviced. The next week water pressure went down throughout my house and Now I've had two plumbers come out and the city saying the boiler pipe has pumped 56,000 gallons of water under my house since the first week of February, the week after they cracked my pipe.

He was moving someone across the street and noticed our friend struggling to back out. He crossed the street, help her back out, and waved her on her way. We thought John was considerate and thinks more of others than himself. Who else would one trust family property to? We called and John came right out to look and provide a quote. Again, great service and price. When moving day came, John brought an additional person to ensure the job was done within the timeframe promised. That extra person didn't add to our cost but was a huge help. The team was very respectful and considerate. Each time they walked in with a piece of furniture we heard "where would you like this ma'am/sir?" They had to move a couple pieces of furniture a few times since my mom didn't know where she wanted everything. Their answer was "wherever you want it ma'am'. Class acts!!! I will add that Andre got into the decorating mode by showing his artistic flare by placing furniture in a way we didn't see at first but LOVED the outcome.
