We've spent the last 12 years fighting with small indoor antennas (and losing!), having been told by our electrician that the large antenna they installed in the attic just wasn't "working right". Monty explained why the little indoor ones won't work where we are (too far from the originating signal) and suggested a site visit to diagnose and fix the problem with the large antenna in the attic. He discovered that the attic antenna was damaged (were we sold a used antenna in the first place or did the original installers damage it? We never handled it and have never been in the attic...), was missing parts, and was positioned incorrectly (backwards and aimed in the wrong direction). With an amplifier attached in the basement to the main bundle of coax cables (no clue what it's called) and some futzing in the hot & steamy attic, Monty got all three TVs working beautifully! Wish we'd done some investigating years ago! Maybe we wouldn't have been so frustrated for the past 12 YEARS!! Monty was here for about 80-90 minutes, supplied the coax cable needed, the amplifier, and some connectors. He also carried around a couple of ladders, including a large (very dusty) extension ladder from our barn. I had no trouble at all writing a check for $200. Best money I've spent in a long time!

Alex in the PC zone treated my kiddo as an adult customer and talked through considerations and tradeoffs he should consider in building a PC; Noah in the scheeduling center walked him through the process and explained what he should expect and what he needs to consider as a responsible PC owner; Connor in the service department was clear with him on his responsibilities and what he may need to troubleshoot or watch out for as a PC owner. There is no cart return outside. It's a pain to bring the cart all the way back in store with a child after loading the car, especially in the winter. 3. Many of the customers need to shower more than once a week, and should consider putting on deodorant. Many of them physically STANK. Basic hygiene is lacking for a handful of their customers. Maybe buy PC and get a free degree? Maybe a reward system would be nice to encourage healthy habits.
