I showed up after calling Verizon…read morecustomer service three times in one day, each rep telling me to go in-store to fix my refund issue. So I did, only to wait around for 20 minutes just for the so-called store manager to tell me she couldn't do anything. Then that same useless, unprofessional, unproductive, and downright unpleasant-to-look-at fake redhead Karen manager; dismissed me in less than two minutes because they were "about to close." She didn't even try to help, she just brushed me off and literally walked away mid-conversation. " stating there's nothing she can do". After the headache I went through with Verizon all day, this was the final straw. The customer experience was beyond pathetic, and that manager made sure of it. If she had shown even a shred of effort or basic human decency, I might've remembered her name but honestly, she didn't earn that courtesy. This whole experience was a complete waste of time and solidified why I'll never try Verizon again. I have tried getting customer service numerous times. As i have to use VOIP and the internet is not very reliable, i can't get with tech support over the phone (also they have 60 minute + wait times). So now i have been sitting on my computer for close to an hour waiting for online support. Estimated wait time was 30 minutes. Unbelievable.
