Asked to speak to a manager and he claims there are no managers at this location just employees. he never even bothered to look my info in the system. he thought it was funny that I was upset that I have been a customer for over 15 years and have 6 phone lines with them and yet there was nothing they were willing to do for me. called the 800 number and the very nice customer service lady was able to help me out with no issues. avoid this place, the other us cellular by fareway has much more attentive and professional employees.

I am now getting statements with them wanting me to pay $140 because I didn't bring back the OLD MODEM! They're trying to say that their workers don't take equipment with them but that's exactly what they did. Mediacom is the worst company ever. I'm so glad I switch to ImOn for my internet service.

If this is the case, it would have been nice to know what was happening and why. I said I would cancel and the response was, "when would you like your service to end." LOL. I am going to another provider ASAP. Internet that his randomly out throughout a day is useless to me. I stream TV. I have ipads and iphones that require wifi because my Verizon phone doesn't work using data. Sad really. They should reimburse people for the weeks that they had a lot of outages. But they don't care. So, neither do I.
