I asked a head of time if this upfront cost would include the person coming back with the needed parts to fix the treadmill. The person on the phone, said yes. Obviously, there was NO WAY I would pay $250 just for the diagnosis. I even told her that. I double checked that this cost would include the service charge of the person coming back to fix the treadmill. I even talked to the person that came out to diagnose the treadmill. He mentioned a reimbursement if we did not decide to get the treadmill fixed. I got the estimate for the fixing the treadmill and it was over $900. That included ANOTHER $250 service fee! I explained to them the whole situation and they said, there was nothing they could do. It is what the service fee is. Needless to say, my husband and I are PISSED OFF! We were told one thing and something else entirely was delivered to us. There is NO WAY I ever would have paid a $250 service fee! To fix this treadmill, then it would be over $1100! I could get another treadmill for that cost and this one is not that old! DO NOT go with this company unless you have an abundance of money to just throw around!

This is the kind of personal care I got to make my vision 20/20 conisdering my personal needs caused by a conglomeration of variables. He could have thrown up his hands and said, "Oh, well. Guess you can't wear contacts anymore." No. He found a way to make them work for me. I watched him let another lady bring her her kids into the exam room in the grocery cart because everyone was content and he wanted to keep them that way. He made it easier for them instead of himself. He's awesome!

Once they got to closing time they simply picked the phone up and hung it up on me after sitting there for nearly an hour. So incredibly unprofessional and just flat out rude. 800 number doesn't deal with the type of prescription we need filled for my child so I have to hold whenever they give us the runaround and make it impossible to fill his prescription that he has to have to function in school. I am going to research new pharmacies after tonight because I am tired of the incredibly inconsiderate treatment to their patients. I am a nurse and I wouldn't dare hang up on a patient nor speak to them in the manner these folks do. Patients holding for so long when they can't speak to the 800 number is also just inexcusable. I've held a grudge against Walgreen's ever since they stopped accepting military insurance for…read moreprescriptions. I favor CVS because they actually take my insurance. So, you ask yourself, why the heck would she say that and give them five stars?? Well, while it is a huge issue for me that I cannot fill prescriptions there with the coverage of my insurance, I ended up there the other night because CVS has decided, in their infinite wisdom, that this portion of Iowa does not need the ability to fill a prescription at 10 p.m. at night. My son, who was in the ER until his release at 10 p.m., would likely disagree. He really needed pain meds, and I had very few options to fill the script. I ended up at Walgreens, resolving that his physical health and well-being was more important than the cost-savings of waiting until morning to fill the prescription. They quoted me the price, and I told them I would deal... it wasn't enormous, and it was better than making him suffer until morning. The pharmacist was very nice. I couldn't fault her for the lame fact that they do not take military insurance. I waited, and they filled the script. When I went to pay, she told me she had found a discount (I honestly have no idea if this was a coupon lying around or the fact that I happened to have a shoppers' card, but either way...). I saved about half on the script and my son slept better that night with the pain meds I was able to get for him. If Walgreens starts taking my insurance again, I will likely not bother with CVS anymore. I much prefer being able to fill and emergency prescription and having a nice pharmacist available to talk to, even in the wee hours of the night. 24 hour pharmacy... what a novel concept!!
