I moved locations and tried to put a seasonal hold and was told to keep the same equipment. Due to…read morenot being in town. Called to reactivate the old equipment at my new location. Constantly transferred waiting 20+mins. I had to keep calling and calling every time someone would say they were working and put me on hold constantly. The. i was told I had to make a new account, because of location Kept calling to fix my account issues, and was finally told Overall: - Terrible Customer Service - Waste of time - Waste of energy - Constantly shoving promotions down your throat, thinking I have the time of day. - Overall unprofessional and most likely illegal business practices (especially considering recent lawsuits and controversy, complaints on social platforms.) - Applied for the low-income affordable connectivity multiple times was approved and was told it would apply to my account in a few months. It never showed up in my bill. Overall, do not choose Spectrum for your home router. There are far better options (in terms of price, customer service, your time, and your self-respect), and maybe when Spectrum pays what they owe and gets their act together, they can finally close up shop. It is obvious they do not care. 0 Stars if I could. Don't waste your time.

Poor internet service. We just get internet and phone and have had trouble ever since being sold…read morethe "bill of goods" that is Spectrum. We were told we would be getting Fiber and got regular cable for the first "misrepresentation. After complaining for a while they gave us a new modem/router a while back. After getting tired about constantly getting kicked off the internet for months, with this new unit it has reached a point where I reached my anger threshold and decided to write this review, which, when I've finished, I'm sure I will have been kicked off the net and will have to reconnect to send said review, adding more fuel to my ire.
