Horrible return policy. Customer service sucks and manager is horrible. Spent $200 on heated gloves and because the charger and batteries wasn't in the box they wouldn't let me return. Everything else was there just not the little boxes. Manager was worst one I've ever come by. I spend hundred dollars here throughout the year and I will never spend another penny. This is a great store for the area, they have great sales. I got a pair of tall shaft UGG boots for $137 which you really dont see anywhere! They also have a great selection of pretty much everything for the outdoors, I got a very cute and functional Carhartt Women's rain jacket. They have a new line of Carhatt women's work wear clothing which includes jeans, thermals, jackets and so on. read more

IBC is my favorite clothing store in Malone. They recently expanded and have a much bigger assortment of winter jackets. They sell a lot of "Life is Good" tshirts plus Birkenstock shoes and sandals, Columbia, The North Face, Carhart, Woolrich, etc clothing and accessories. They also sell a lot of different sporting accessories from clothing to footwear to duffle bags. read more

One of the best stores in the area. Quality clothing for everyone. North Face, Columbia, Levi's, etc. Their seasonal selections are phenomenal. Ski and snowmobile gear. Sneakers, boots, motorcycle apparel. The list goes on and on. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. They always have a sale going on and you can get great items at great prices! read more

We come to the area for ll summer every year and IBC is a highlight. We save some shopping for shoes for us and kids to buy them here. The prices are very good. For instance i bought Keen sandls yesterday which were a full ten bucks less than zppos online and EMS in lake placid. This place has great variety in shoes and sports related clothing. Its growing and expanding too, probably because of the great prices and selection. This is worth the drive for us. I think lots of people come from canada to shop there. read more

This part of New York is rural and vast. It's a hike to get to Malone to shop. I went specifically because I was out of clothing and I planned to stock up. I like to patronize the local shops as much as possible. I left with one pair of pants and a top - the minimum I needed to get through the next few days. I would have purchased more, but I was put off by the rudeness of the sales clerks. It seemed my presence was somehow an imposition on their time. Here's a specific clue: when a customer with an armload of clothing she can barely hold onto asks you where the fitting room is don't just flounce off to the hidden location and announce she can only take 2 items into the room with her and then flounce away. You lost a customer, and quite a bit more in sales that day in August. I won't be back. read more
