This store subcontracts from AT&T and AT&T doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes! I…read morepurchased an air internet from this location which is a AT&T subcontractor "Cellular One store". The air internet was not fast enough for me, so I returned it within 30 days to the Cellular One A.K.A. AT&T. I was told I could do this prior to purchase. This location never returned my device to AT&T corporate and now I'm in collections. Don't let this store tell you they can return any ATT products to AT&T. Take it to Enterprise and return it yourself or else you could be in collections too. I am highly dissatisfied with this franchise Cellular One store and with AT&T Corporate as they do not hold their subcontractors such as Cellular One, accountable for their actions and or policy differences.

He fixed all our problems and was very thorough in explaining what the problem may have been. The first employee we talked to was very rude and unhelpful. He isnt fit for the job at all.
