I planned on cancelling service because we'd dealt with the faulty box and wifi issue for about 5 months. Mediacom replaced the faulty box, same type but used previously. Mediacom also replaced wifi receptors at the poles. To keep my business, they credited and took off 2 months of service on my bill because it was an issue, my paying for services not available before the replacements.
