They were very quick to look at it and confirm they could do the work (several other shops sent me to other places). They told me to bring in the truck whenever I could and the work would take about an hour and a half. I brought the truck in earlier today, around Noon. They were very prompt to pull it into the shop, and gave me updates often. The work ended up taking less than an hour. The staff was extremely courteous, and the guy that did the work came with me to look over the vehicle and make sure I was happy. Overall I don't think they could have done anything better. I'd be happy to recommend anyone go there when they need some work done.

When I arrived he and a coworker immediately came out with some solution that miraculously removed about 85 % of the scratches. I had tried everything on the market. He also drilled my license plate back on cause it was hanging off and connected a loose panel on my passenger side. When I took out a charge card to pay I couldn't believe what he said. The customer service was exemplary, you just don't find that often these days, especially from anything pertaining to a vehicle. I would highly recommend Mars body shop.
