My brand new MacBook crashed and died and Apple couldn't do anything to retrieve my documents or fix the problem in a timely manner. Of course, I was on a deadline and in the middle of contract negotiations that were to be finalized that Friday. I was feeling panicked. I decided to take my computer to Fuse, a company that I have relied on for years. I had called ahead and Dan was waiting for me to arrive. He stopped what he was doing and started working immediately on my MacBook even staying with my after everyone left to go home. He was so personable and conversational and his friendly, calm demeanor was exactly what I needed. He continued to work first thing the next morning and was very communicative throughout the process. My husband was swindled by this company into believing that they would build him the "Ferrari of…read morewebsites" (their words). Honesty, he would have been happy with a website that works. They have nickel and dimed him throughout the entire process. After an initial quote of $20k he's had up-charges for even the most basic functions that were functional on his previous site. Every issue can be fixed, just give us more $money$... but it's never fixed. Now that he is $40k in the hole, the website continues to malfunction, doesn't work on the weekends (and neither does trademark!) and has lost him tens of thousands of dollars in sales, frustrated his customers and soiled his reputation. The trademark team continues to turnover employees and give empty canned answers. The most recent answer was to provide a form for his costumers to list all of the issues they're having! If you are a small business owner you work hard, around the clock, to build your business. These people DO NOT care. My husband has endured so much painstaking stress, lack of sleep and loss of business as they rake his finances and reputation through the coals. They are not capable of building a commerce website. They will lie to get your business but in reality they do not guarantee that anything will work... and it won't! If it crashes on a weekend (and it will, frequently!)- you are out of luck. Please save yourself and your business the heartache. Do not trust them and do not waste your money. Steer clear of trademark productions.

Danielle at Trademark was a huge help with regards to figuring out what the underlying problem was and how to resolve the issue. Apparently, Facebook had ear-marked by account and turned it into a "grey account". This status is for pages they believe may be possibly fake -- although my page was legitimate.
