The customer service is really 5 star in our honest opinion. The prices are fair and quality is good. Alterations were ready by the next afternoon ( we were there at 4 pm) so that was pretty fast. I must say I had very high hopes for this store was so excited to finally get my fiancé to go in and look for his and the groomsman suits. Wow was I ever so non impressed and slighted in my shopping experience!!!!! Upon going in we did notice that there was only one clerk , Steve. He was with another customer, the only customer, but we were prepared to wait we didn't mind. He did not even bother to greet us,we were at that time a party of 3, my fiancé started to look at the different suits and shirts on display, still no acknowledgement from Steve. Finally after about 5 mins we prepared to leave, as we approached the counter to retrieve a business card Steve finally comes to ask if he can offer any assistance, I turn and ask for his name and leave. Pass on this store. No suits in the middle section my size. I'm not big and tall. Totally get it. Supply and demand. Everybody's short on merchandise; no problem. Suits on the wall are $500 but definitely not $500 quality. So here comes the hustle. Salesman tells me he will give me the suit for $250. Then says...you know what, I will sell you 2 for $500. No, I want the one suit you agreed to for $250. He's like, NO...If you're buying one I'll sell it to you for $400. These guys play games and their suits are tacky AF anyway. Shady and terrible customer service. Go somewhere else. read more

Had a great experience today at Vercini! Our suit expert Stephan, (hope I'm spelling this correctly, we lost his card) was very helpful to us. My husband, who is not the suit wearing type except very special occasions, needed a tux for a black tie event we are attending. Stephan came to our rescue, took one look at my husband and he fit him exactly very first tux!! He helped us pick a bow tie and pocket square that match so perfectly with my dress. I've bought 2 great suits from this shop. I always have great service even when it gets busy. The gentleman helped us pick out a 3 piece Suit that perfectly fit my idea for our wedding. We got a complete suit, bow tie, and shirt for under $400. We will for sure be back for all our suiting needs. I'm leaving this 5 star review because of the way a situation was handled by the manager Esteban. I went in to have some jeans altered and was told by the clerk that they didn't offer the particular service I was looking for. The problem was, I had called in a couple weeks before and was told that what I needed was actually a service that they offered. It's 112 degrees today and I don't live close to Galleria so, to say the least, I was annoyed with the situation. I expressed my frustration and left. Then a couple of hours later my phone rings and it's the manager, Esteban. Apparently, he had gone out of his way to get my number and call me to rectify. He fully made it right and in with the way people don't seem to care about customer service anymore I have to commend him on not only making it right but going to the trouble of finding out how to get ahold of me. I'd definitely recommend this spot for that alone and will let you know how the jeans turn out. read more

My fiancé needed a suit for our wedding and we happened to be in the mall and I suggested we look in Vercini because I had seen the store before. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Stephen and asked what we were looking for. My fiancé is not the average size male and has longer arms then most but Stephen was extremely knowledgeable about suits and how the sizing was. My fiancé tried on probably 4 or 5 suits before he found the one that he liked the most. Stephen acted like he had all the time and patience in the world to help us. The pants were a little big on the waist but Stephen assured us that was normal and took about a minute to mark up the pants for alterations. He was extremely kind and worked with us on the price and even took the time to find a bow tie for my fiancé. We went in on Wednesday evening and got a call around 3 pm on Thursday saying the suit was altered and ready for pick up! Incredible customer service Stephen!
