After that, I told Dianne to set up on higher setting the laser, she told me she did set up as higher setting was able to do, and that "we will see from there until the end of the treatment if gets better". while continuing with the laser sessions every month I was expecting almost not see hairs anymore but I kept seeing not improvements and my hairs were still growing, I kept mentioning to Dianne every session about this. I finished the treatment in October, and since then my hairs kept growing as before. I went back in a week ago to talk to the manager/clinic to see how we could fix this because I paid for a treatment that didn't work. So, I went to show them how the laser didn't work and my "peach fuss hair" were not peach fuss but still hairs growing same as before the laser. I was only able to talk with front desk- Zoey, she told us was going to talk with the head people and they will contact me later that same day. I called 3 days later because nobody contacted me and Zoey transferred me to a voicemail, I left a message and nobody returned my call. After a week nobody called me, clearly they don't care about us - the costumers -that paid for a treatment didn't work. I want to mention as well Dianne was always nice and give a good costumer service every time but in the contrary Tory Ortiz seemed not to care with she came talk to me once for my concerns. Even I mentioned both Dianne and Tori that I do have experience with this Laser Hair Removal treatments, I used to go Ideal Image in Altamonte Springs for this same treatment and after even 2-3 sessions I saw huge improvement on the areas I was being treated on, after 2 years I finished my treatment there and still hair not growing. Which here in Medspa Mt Dora just a few days after I finished the treatment, hair is still growing as normal and as before the treatment. Do NOT waste your money here. I decided to try Medspa Mt Dora because is closer to my home and less painful, well WORST DECISION! I will go back to my previous clinic and endure the pain and over one hour distance one way for me. if you are investing in yourself then do it with a really professional clinic and with a Laser Hair Removal treatment actually works.

If you can only get one area lasered, do your underarms! I used to be self conscious of my underarms because of the dark spots that were there even after I shaved and now they are completely gone. I was a little skeptical about getting my mole removed since it was above my eyebrow but in a couple months you won't even be able to tell it was there! Since it scabs up immediately after the treatment you have to be patient and let it heal on it's own. Reka is fantastic and let's you ask a million questions and has a ton of great suggestions for other products to help with your skin. She runs the place on her own so it took me a while to get a hold of her the first time since she was on vacation. The spa is a bit dated looking, but cozy and clean. Don't go in looking for a plush modern spa, but you can expect expert quality and professionalism. Tip: She gets back to text messages faster than voicemail, so just text her (the number is on the answering machine)

The manufacturer advises against injecting filler in that area, yet it was done anyway. The aftermath has been expensive, painful, and emotionally draining. I've spent thousands trying to repair the damage, and while the skin has healed over, the scarring and tissue loss are still obvious. What shocked me most was that after causing this injury, Dr. Horton still tried to charge me for additional services. He even mentioned that this had happened to another patient before, which makes it even more alarming that it happened again. Please be careful when choosing a provider. I was left waiting almost an hour past my appointment only to have the estetician rush and complain. She didn't wash her hands or use gloves. She put a peel off mask on me and left the room for 20 minutes. Attempted extractions without steam and caused me to have huge scabs the next day. It was a horrifying nightmare and the owner would not be bothered to come out to talk to me claiming she was in a meeting that day and the next day.

They offered water or champagne which I declined as I was there for an IV lol, but it's that extra touch for a spa which is nice.
