Upon arrival I waked in and got meet with nothing . I walked up to the front desk and was meet with a rude lady. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if someone had just ticked her off but her tone was so unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I checked in and got asked for my ID. I've NEVER been asked for my ID at any waxer before, but didn't argue and went to grab it upon coming back she said the price is different because I'm not local so there will be an up charge and I don't get a discount. Upon hearing that I was shocked- an UP CHARGE- because I'm NOT LOCAL?!? I was super shocked and then recalled well I do have another email promotion I got sent as well and told her about it and I didn't even get to finish my sentence and she was like "You aren't local- you don't receive anything " at that point her whole attitude and way of delivering everything she told me sounded rude as if I was beneath her. It was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Would NEVER want anyone to be treated this way. She said she needed to take a photo to of me and never explained why, I refused so she said she was gonna take a picture of my ID. Asked to cancel the appointment as a whole and she said okay and she was clicking at her computer for maybe 5 minutes before I asked if I was free to go or had to sign anything and she looked at me with so much disdain and told me "yea - it's been cancelled" I was fuming, she saw me standing there and never once told me anything. I left and I promised I would share my experience so no one had to go through the experience I did, I called another shop that was 5 minutes from there and they were beyond WELCOMING, KIND, ATTENTIVE, and also never asked for my ID or a photo.

Unfortunately, we lost a family member due to Covid and had to leave the state and didn't know when we were going to be able to come back let alone get a massage. I gave a call to see if I could get a refund and Carlos was the most gracious, understanding, and beautiful person I could have gotten ahold of. He was able to accommodate me by refunding the money over the phone and I didn't even have to come in. As soon as I find myself back in the Kissimmee area I will definitely be paying him and Aviles a much needed visit. REVIEW OF PEDICURE I…read morenoticed that this place seems to be a Jack of all trades and does everything ranging from hair to pedicures. This means all the differing reviews could be for a range of things. In terms of their pedicures, I probably wouldn't go back, but I wouldn't tell people not to go here either. CONS: 1. The nail tech didn't seem to know what she was doing. I went with a Deluxe Herbal Spa Pedicure, just because I went with the most expensive thing on the menu at $45. I was hoping this would mean it was the best and it is not very often I have time away from my baby so I wanted to make it count. I'm not sure if this was new, but they seemed confused. A woman, who I'm guessing is the owner, came over to help out. When I went back to read what was supposed to be part of the pedicure I realized I never got my feet filed with a special tool, the second wrap or hot towels, or what is billed as "an amazing manipulation of the lower legs and feet." The buffing felt pretty much the same as a normal pedicure so I wish I went with the Deluxe Callus Pedicure Treatment, because that was the part I was really looking forward to. 2. I had to ask them for something to drink. The woman I think is the owner came over later and that's when she asked the other woman if she wanted something to drink, but I already had water at that time. 3. At the end, they didn't tell me they had a heat lamp where I could dry my toes more. My nail polish rubbed off on my sandals, once when I left right away and once when they fixed it and I sat with my feet under the lamp for 8 minutes. I'm not going to hold this part against them since I didn't have the correct shoes for a pedicure. I was here on vacation and decided last minute to do this. However, this isn't the type of place that seems to let people sit afterwards and let their nails dry. It's more of a done and go atmosphere. I ended up just having all the polish removed so I didn't have to deal with the hassle. 4. It said when booking that the pedicure would take an hour. Mine took fifty minutes even taking into account I spent time deciding on nail polish, because they originally gave me the choices that are only for gel. Their classic pedicure is 45 min which is why in this case ten minutes short actually felt like it meant something. PROS: Since I just wrote about my nail polish fiasco, I do want to point out that they have disposable sandals for you if you aren't wearing the right type of shoes. I just knew I had a long walk ahead of me from the parking lot to my hotel room so I decided it wasn't worth the hassle. Their cheapest pedicure price is $15 and their basic pedicure is $30. I almost feel like other than the scrub and lotion with oils I got the normal pedicure, so if you go for that one, I don't think it would be bad. That's a pretty good price. They take cleanliness seriously. My tech was wearing gloves, put a plastic wrap in the foot tub, and wore a mask when she started coughing a lot. I know my CONs are way more than the PROs, but I think this is a good everyday nail place if you're looking for something cheap and fast. I would come here for the $15, but I don't think this is a luxury place so I wouldn't spend more than $30.

Then she proceeds to ask me 3 more times whether or not i was sure i didn't want layers to which i said no until the last time when i was annoyed that she kept asking that i just accepted the layers. i gave her the length that i wanted my hair cut and she cut it MUCH shorter than wanted. All i asked for was a straight cut with the front section cut to frame my face and i ended up with layers that are way to short and i absolutely hate because i felt pressured into it. i went home and cried for hours and then cut my own hair to frame my face the way it was supposed to be done.
