We were never asked if we wanted another round of drinks, if we needed napkins, or if everything was okay. We had to flag someone down whenever we needed anything. The piña colada was incredibly watered down and lacked any real flavor. On top of that, the drinks have noticeably shrunk in size compared to previous visits. It's disappointing because this restaurant used to be one of our favorites. The service and quality have clearly declined, and based on this experience, I'm not sure we'll be returning. I hope management addresses these issues because this place has so much potential.

I'd consider coming back but the service needs a lot of work.

It tasted much different than the first time I had it. I've also had the chance to try the queso and it reminds me of those cracker and cheese snacks in the rectangular containers. I see the peppers in it but the taste doesn't come through all that much. I appreciate that they have dessert snacks.
