I sent emails - first inquiring about the work that was done (various parts of the yard were incomplete according to the scope of work provided in the contract). Then they weren't showing up. I emailed and Hector replied that it was because all of the rain...then it was the heat. In reality, I was too small time for them to show up. It's now been 3 and 1/2 and no one has come out. My last email inquiring whether they are intending to service my property was completely ignored. I guess I know the answer. I'd love to get the quality of service others have been raving about in these reviews, but I'm not getting any service at all. I don't know what I said or did, I paid the full invoices I received within 20 min of receiving it, even though they didn't provide weekly service promised. Am I too small of a customer? I was told they value all their customers. I want to believe that. In a 3 months and a half I received service 3 times out of out of the 14 weeks! How do I ever recommend this company to anyone? Terrible.

it started off good and then the workers weed whacked my Honey suckle bush and several solar lights…read moreand broke them. The last straw was one of the sticks we had up near the rest of our Honeysuckle bushes. The workers did not tell us of the destruction and we found it. I notified Hector and he came out the first time and gave us a credit for 1 of the solar lights. When we complained again, we were dropped as a customer. Pretty sad. We now found another company who values us.

After delivery, inspection and several attempts to burn, I realized the wood was very wet and much of it rotten. I have been buying and burning firewood for 15 years and this wood is the worst I have seen. I reached out to the owner to explain the problem and asked that he take it back and refund me, minus a delivery charge to account for his time but he has stopped responding to outreach. There are plenty of businesses out there like this one. I would not recommend Popel.
