The weeds are in my entire lawn not just my driveway, and I was told I would need to pay them 94 more dollars to get rid of something called nutsedge on my lawn. They wanted me to pay more money for a service that they supposed to provide in the first place. I was hoping they would say we will come out and give an extra treatment, but my only option was to pay for an extra treatment. I would recommend a different company before I hired them again as their customer service is lacking. i will be using a different company next year.

Based on about a year and a half of trying to work with them, communicating with them is extremely slow and frustrating. They are very bad at managing and communicating schedules. Last January they took down a very large tree in a very visible location in our yard. They had to take down part of an adjacent hedge to access the tree, which I understand, but they did discuss it with us ahead of time. After the fact, they told us verbally that they would replace the shrub. After 9 months and many, many attempts to follow up with them, they have not replaced the shrub.
