At Sedona, you don't have to have a sticker for yourself or guests, there is plenty of parking spots for everyone and you can rest easy you won't get towed like so many other apartments in Odessa. The complex itself is very clean, maintenance responds quickly, reasonable pricing as it compares to its competitors, and the nicest staff. They are genuinely caring and always host a monthly get together of sorts from Wine Canvas to Casino night. Sedona Ranch is by far the best complex in Odessa.

The toilets take so long to fill up the tank with water that you have to use a cup to get water from the tub faucet in order to finish your business. also the air conditioner, aside from freezing over regularly and them doing nothing to fix the actual issue, doesn't properly cool the entire apartment. so if your in a two bedroom unit the room furthest away from the ac unit ur gonna be warm at night. so for $2200 a month it was absolutely not worth the money

There was a period of time where night car break ins was regular and our downstairs neighbor threatened us (multiple times and police were called) and was extremely confrontational the whole time we lived here. Water was always off for whatever reason, we were with Out water for almost 2 months simply because a valve wasn't turned back on after a repair. requests for pest control went unanswered. Even thou you are charged for it.Partical board cabinets leave a dusty mess. You constantly have to sweep up. My Dishwasher broke and it took 3 mos to get a new one. We had only 1 working restroom at one point because the toilet was broken and never ordered. Didn't have access to our mail for a few weeks because they replaced the mailboxes. And had the mail "in a secure location". Complex stays dark because the outside lights need changed constantly and go days without being taken care of. Our apt flooded Early Sept. Carpet was ruined and some of the wall. We couldn't stay here for 2-3 weeks and they didn't even attempt to put us in a motel or even a vacant apt. Even though I have an email where they stated they had one. Carpet was eventually replaced and wall Partially repaired. They never came and finished it. People are allowed to have thier pets relieve themselves on their porch and it drips down to bottom apt. The back part of the complex is littered with trash and dog feces. The office staff is rude and complaining to the regional mgr doesn't do any good. Breezeway lights are always out so the complex is dark. Dog park is never cleaned. If you're one of the unfortunate ones to have an apt close to it I suggest you don't leave your back door open. Pool is always closed. You are charged once a year for grounds keeping that doesn't get done. We decided not to renew our lease and get out of there. They can't keep office staff or maintenance it's always changing. When the pool is open there is always people partying there with loud music and drinking. You're charged for valet trash but they don't pick up more than half the time. Your rent goes up if you choose to renew your lease yet new renters get a cheaper rate. Biggest regret is moving here in the 1st place. Read the previous reviews and make your own choice but I would recommend a different place. You can get a much nicer place somewhere else.

It's the way Samantha takes pride in the fact that the tenants do not know the towing policy and are therefore subject to their vehicles being towed. And instead of updating the tenants (as I assume a proper property manager would do), she decided to block my attempt to warn my neighbors of the situation. She stated that my comment was negative.
