This suitcase was purchased 6 years ago, so I was expecting to be informed that the warranty had expired. However, the employee said that it was indeed still under warranty, and he would ship it to the repair center. He said they would ship it to our home after repair. Only 72 hours later the repaired suitcase was delivered to my front porch. It was good as new! And at no charge. This store has a very good selection of bags and accessories. Over the years, I've noticed that some stores have come and gone, and it's always nice to see new additions. One of the newest and most popular stores is Lululemon.
