The cashier made a offensive joke about how she and the costumer were fat and laughed about it and by the look on the customers face you could tell it hurt her feelings and it also made me very uncomfortable. The customer told her that it wasn't funny and kind if awkwardly said that she was buying the skirt for her sister but it shouldn't matter any way it was very inappropriate and unprofessional. You would think they should know not to say stuff like that in a pulse size store or anywhere it makes the company and herself look bad.

The selection was limited, but I was able to find a couple cute things. The try on rooms are nice with a little bench. The clerk put my name on the door. The clerks are friendly and helpful. The checkout clerk offered to check other stores for a shirt I wanted in a smaller size. I bought a couple things. I think if you join their rewards program, you get extra benefits, but I didn't want anymore stuff in my email. It's hard to get nearby parking unless you get there early.

This particular location, however, is significantly smaller than any other Maurice's store I've visited in the last 20 years, and the assistant manager that I dealt with while there recently was exceedingly condescending. The store was dead/empty in the middle of a weekday, but it was a horrible inconvenience to her to process a return for me, and then she did it incorrectly, claimed I was wrong when I questioned it, and when she finally admitted she was wrong and corrected her error, it was with a major attitude. I kept quiet the whole time to avoid irritating her further. Definitely take the time to drive to a classier town if at all possible - any other location would have a better selection anyway!

It was like they were giving stuff away. Really nice back packs were only $30. The store was packed with merchandise. We picked up new leather sneakers for my granddaughters for only $20 a pair. Service in the store is limited to check out. Check out was quick. There is limited parking outside the store, but you'd have to be there early to snag one. Otherwise, plan on a walk. There are a couple benches outside the store for tired husbands. The store is wheelchair accessible, but the racks in the store are tightly packed and may be difficult to navigate.

The quality of the clothes is higher that other stores in the mall. There are many fitting rooms and a helpful clerk to open the door for you and restock your rejections. For Black Friday sales everything was 60 percent off marked prices. If you sign up for their emails, you receive extra percent off certain sales. Today was extra 15 percent off.
