I do not have words to describe how awesome this clinic is…read more My daughter is five and was facing her THIRD set of tubes in her ears due to excessive fluid behind her eardrums. She had her second set of tubes and her adenoids removed in 2008, but still faced chronic ear infections. We started seeing Dr. Kurt at Papillion Chiro and happened to mention what we were facing with our little one. He started weekly adjustments and asked us for two months before we made the decision for another surgery. Since we had nothing to lose, we gave him the two months. When it was up, another visit to the ENT showed that the swelling and fluid was almost completely gone. They went from deciding surgery was a "sure thing" to requesting a follow-up three months later and putting it off. We continued treatments with Dr. Kurt at one or two a month, and by our three month follow-up at the ENT's office, the fluid was completely gone and surgery was now totally unnecessary. Dr. Kurt save my little girl from another surgery and since then, she has been healthy with no further recurring monthly ear infections. I will never go anywhere else and I trust this clinic with our entire family's needs. This office cares about each individual - we have five kiddos and we've never felt like just another number. The personal care and quality attention you'll receive at this office is absolutely unbeatable.

Long wait times. No communication of delays. I asked receptionist if they were running behind and…read moreshe said they might be even when there were 3 people waiting to be seen ahead of me. Had a staff member get angry with me when I voiced my displeasure with the wait. She didn't check me in but instead left the room, slamming the door behind her. I could hear her talking about me through the door. At one point when the doctor needed a supply she opened the door and through it onto the counter so she wouldn't have to come in my room. Very unprofessional support staff. Need better customer service skills. Dr Hinze herself does a great job and is very knowledgeable and informative. Seems like they need to schedule patients further apart. Plan to wait awhile.

He has treated me like a family member and continues to be one of the top doctors on "my team". I am not a diabetic but I have severe neuropathy which requires constant monitoring and he has been there the whole time. He goes above and beyond. His office is small but absolutely worth the wait. You see the Doctor, no PA's or NP's. He takes the time to listen to you and all your issues. He is an excellent surgeon, but makes sure you need an operation before he cuts. One of my stories is that I was not going to be admitted to the hospital because the admitting doctor thought I just had a respiratory issue. My daughter called Dr. DiNucci to tell him I wouldn't be at my appointment and the reason. He came to the hospital and explained to the emergency room doctor that he was my doctor and I needed to be admitted because something wasn't right. As it turned out I had MRSA and it had went systemic. The infectious disease doctor told me that if I had not been admitted, I would have probably died that night. Dr. DiNucci saved my life! This Doctor is worth it.
