Needless to say, after searching the store and finally finding someone to help, no one there even knew the price of loose arrows, much less were able to cut any. Fine... I'll get them online. But wait, there's more! If you thought getting your hands on a fishing or hunting license would be a piece of cake, think again. We approached the lady at the service desk, the one that didn't so much as wave at us as we walked in and asked for a fishing license. Now, I'm not sure if what she said was true or if she just didn't feel like making it, but, surprise, surprise, the printer was as broken as my dreams of getting any customer service in the place! The crazy part is that hunting season starts just next month. I wonder how much this place is missing out on?? All in all, if you're seeking an adventure in customer service wilderness, head over to Bass Pro Shop. Who knows, maybe you'll get to see the legendary "archery guy" who comes and goes like a fleeting breeze, and if you're lucky, you might even get a glimpse of the broken license printer operated by a surly woman that just didn't seem to want to be there.
