Tried to find their information. Time passed and I found them. He came out but did not fix the glass as it is still too short and other piece is taller. I realized time passed. So I was willing to accept him fixing the hinges and keeping glass from hitting each other. He proceeded to try to charge me $180, even after seeing that he did not install glass properly nor did he cut glass correctly. Im stuck with it this way do to the amount of time that has passed, but wow to try and get another $180 out of me for defective work and product, seems a bit outrageous. Paid almost $2000 for this seamless shower. But now have to always be careful that glass does not shatter when it slips off of the hinges that are not placed in correct area.

My initial impression of Greg was positive, very amiable, showed up on-time on a Sunday to help clean my carpet for moving out of a rental unit. He gave me a quote that sounded reasonable, only a little bit more expensive than other quotes that I received but I gladly accepted because I wanted to pay for quality. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and did a much better job than I ever could have done myself, so I am very happy with the results of the difficult-to-remove stains, and it was worth every penny. Ultimately, I like Greg personally and will be giving him my business again the next time I need a professional carpet cleaning.

After giving me very specific prices or the phone, her team showed up the next day as planned and when they were finished, they wanted to charge me a significant amount above what was quoted to me over the phone. Aida stated that she sent an extra person to get the job done quicker, which was not discussed the day before, and she felt that because of that, she could charge me more than what was quoted. She was nasty, rude, and argued with me for a significant amount of time on the phone, but l held my ground and only paid her what was quoted. She had the audacity to contact me today, a year and a half later, to ask me to remove my bad review... imagine the nerve.
