I sent them 7 pictures and they came back with a quote of $1200 dollars. I accepted their bid and set up an appointment for them to come do the work. When they showed up, they said their estimate was too low and needed to be "adjusted". They then told me the new "adjusted estimate" to do the work would be $3900. I would NEVER do business with these guys again!

They tore down our old home and left a few walls to rebuild per new drawings from our architect. This included framing, siding, installation of windows/doors, front porch/back deck, stairs, interior flooring, installed cabinets, bathroom tile, trim/crown molding, closet organizers, remodeled garage, fence, etc... the list goes on. I just show Phil a picture of what we want and he builds it. The owner Phil Novak and his family have become great friend through this project. I've trust him with a key to our house because he treats it like it's his own. Many of my neighbors, friends and family now use this company.
