Service- We we're worried about the time the serviceman would arrive because we had a later appointment. Service person called and informed us he could arrive early. Awesome! Was a bit worried that I would "get what I paid for" but that certainly was not the case. Super highly recommended.

During this cold weather we wanted to see our options on adding insulation to our attic and Sam went above and beyond for us. He was able to add R38 insulation for us and he did it very well. We definitely will continue to do business with him in the future for any air ducts or insulation work. Awesome job Sam!

The duct is particularly long (over 20 feet) and was pretty clogged up. Ryan couldn't make it during our first scheduled visit, but he let us know beforehand and arrived exactly when he promised at the second date. He cleaned out the duct, serviced the dryer, and left everything very well taken care of. He is polite and very professional. We will definitely use his company again (and not wait so long this time.)

This company is a Star! Highly recommended!…read more Vent Vet's Will Ponce cleaned out our dryer vent last week, which although I frankly didn't think we needed such a service since we without fail clean the little link trap at dryer door after drying anything, now I am super happy. Thank goodness we hired Vent Vets. Will took a quick look, touched nothing (meaning he didn't tinker nefariously with anything) and instantly pointed out that the metal u -shaped thing was actually broken. We are no experts so hadn't even noticed. That broken u-thing could've started a fire which is a terrifying thought. A foolish neighbor of ours started their dryer a few years ago, then left to run errands while their dryer caught on fire. I phoned the fire department ASAP; plus I personally lost a close friend who died in a house fire years ago. Fire is no joke. We are so happy with Vent Vets' service, and with Will Ponce's attitude and great job well done: on time, pleasant, and thorough. We will definitely hire him in future and expect you too will be highly satisfied if you hire Vent Vents.

It turns out the problem was that my ducts were not up to code. Lions came in with an excellent bid amount and a thorough inspection. The rains made it a bit wet under my house and they had to return twice until it was thoroughly dry. They did a thoroughly professional job and sent me a photo of a leaking pipe affecting my floorboards. But that's not all! They contacted me because Southern California Electric hav an inspection program and light repairs that is absolutely free to its customers. Lion's came out and again did a great job. His pricing…read moreis fair, they do an amazing job, and are STILL professionals in all aspects from their work to how they conduct themselves. We had a plumbing emergency and Sam showed up quickly, got the job done, and best of all - they even cleaned up after themselves, which other plumbers never cared to bother with. As I've mentioned in my previous review, in the past, I've gotten quotes and been price-gouged by other plumbers. Now, we don't waste time and just call Sam when there's a problem. He will explain exactly what's going on and ALL of the options available - not just the most expensive one (which is what the other plumbers did). Also, he and Luis were so patient - I'm handy enough to be dangerous around the house and technical things fascinate me, so I like to ask a zillion questions. They answered each and every one of my questions patiently and succinctly and didn't get annoyed with me. At least, they didn't seem to be, hehe I honestly hesitate to write this because we kinda want to gatekeep Sam and his team, hehehehe, but they're the kind of folks that do such a great job and are so HONEST that in the end, you want them to get all the clients, support, and business they can. We cannot recommend these folks enough. And no, we still haven't gotten the gumption to remodel our bathrooms and kitchen yet, but when we do, you can bet that Sam and his team will be the folks we call to help with the plumbing.
