Two drops of glue in 10 minutes later it was back on. At the same time they charged me hundreds of dollars to do it. New orthodontist bought the place a couple months ago. Someone should tell this idiot when you buy the name you also buy the warranty of everyone that that name has taken money from. Having a mouthful of overcrowded teeth for most of my life, I had already endured a great deal of gum health issues - some of my own making, but many due to the severe overcrowding. Over the course of 9 months, I interviewed with 2 other local orthodontists and although they were both great (each made sure to tell me how great they were) and I was confident that they would have done a wonderful job taking care of my teeth, I was still hesitant. Thankfully, as the old saying goes, third time's the charm. I made my way to Longmont Braces and before I even left the initial consult with Dr. Stephanie Ross, I knew that she would be the one I would entrust with my braces journey. She is confident and extremely intelligent, but without an ounce of pretension in her explanations or presence. I have witnessed her demeanor with patients of all ages, from young children to elderly, and have always been so impressed with her laid back approach. In addition, behind every great doctor is the team, and what an awesome team they are! From the moment my treatment started, I have been amazed by how this group works so closely together and makes each visit comfortable and pleasant even under circumstances that may not predispose you to that sort of experience. My mouth work just ended and the results are fantastic, just fantastic!! So I can tell you from extended experience that her service is excellent on all points. We particularly appreciated her knowledge, skill, and always taking the time to explain what's happening and listening to our concerns/questions throughout the entire process. Her staff is highly skilled, attentive, and compassionate (I have very sensitive teeth). The office experience is perfect including a nicely decorated entry, a wonderful receptionist, and a well organized approach to providing her services. They took me in, and right away, gave me an uncomfortable periodontic exam of 15 minutes of the dentist checking your gums, and did and xray (she stabbed my gums and it hurt btw) and told me I had periodontal disease, and tried to sell me over a 1,100 treatment, a more expensive cleaning option EVERY three months. I just graduated and told them I was self pay, so I think they really thought they could scam me totally. Not even 2 minutes after this told me this very scary news, they threw the payment options in my face. They didn't even wait until I got to the counter! Literally just there in the doctors office giving me their fake positivity and trying to explain payment options while i'm sitting there scared shitless that i have a disease. If you look at the google reviews, others had the same experience. Abby Zinman wrote exactly what happened to me and others liked it. I went home a mess and terrified of having an incurable disease for life. I really can't think of anything worst to do to a patient. Someone should sue them.

I'm currently seeing dr wong in preparation for what could be life-changing surgery, so you could say my life is literally in his hands (and his assistants).
