It was on the weekend and we had a guest, so we wanted to get the situation resolved quickly. We were fortunate though because even with the pictures we sent David, he still wanted to come out to see in person what was going on with the leak. The same day we called, he came out. They didn't charge us like it was an emergency like companies like roto-rooter would. They ended up replacing a copper sewer pipe (our house is from the 60s) running from the upstairs bathroom down to the kitchen pantry. It only took them two days for the repairs and others have stated the estimates and final cost were very reasonable. We hope to use DDL again in the future.

Seeing it in person and working with them firsthand absolutely confirmed it: this team delivers luxury-level quality and is a total pleasure to work with. We hired them to renovate the basement bathroom in my in-laws' home, and from start to finish, Dmitrii and Ruslan made the entire process seamless. Dmitrii was responsive, clear, and professional, and Ruslan was on-site every day managing the details with care and precision. My father-in-law is very particular- he is an amazing carpenter- and they checked in with him every step of the way to make sure everything matched his exact specs. The finished bathroom is stunning -- modern tile, sleek black fixtures, a gorgeous walk-in shower, and perfect finishes throughout. It's now the highlight of the entire home. The quality of the craftsmanship and materials far exceeded our expectations, and the value for the level of work delivered was outstanding. My sister in law screamed when she saw it. What was once a dated, DIY basement bathroom is now a total showpiece -- it honestly feels like a boutique hotel spa. Even the floor tiles feel luxurious. We'll absolutely be hiring Dixel again for future renovations. It's rare to find a contractor who combines incredible taste, professionalism, and heart, but they nailed it.
