I waited until around 5 days post facial to write this review…read more --First, I got very lucky with my timing b/c I asked for a facial literally right after she had a cancellation so I got in next day. But otherwise, expect to book 4-6 weeks out. --Follow her easy to understand email instructions to confirm your appointment by text, and also show up 10 mins early to appointment. That's not too much to ask. --I am 40 and have never had a facial before so I don't have anything to compare this to. --I was surprised by how fun this experience was. Really pleasant and entertaining conversation. I felt like I made a real friend. --Viktoria asks some prelim questions about products you use and medicines you take. You change into a towel robe and the facial begins. I arrived at 3:50 and walked out at 5:30. --The extractions weren't that bad but the whole time I kept thinking how blotchy and red my face was going to look. But guess what? It was not blotchy or red at all! No redness whatsoever. She must be magic. --She did steam, extractions, a mask, infrared light, some other electric thing, moisturizer, massaged my head and shoulders, it was all really nice. Cost with tip was less than $100. --It doesn't matter if you go in wearing makeup or not. --Don't plan any workouts post facial- nothing where you'll sweat afterwards. --I have had no breakouts, no peeling, no negative after effects from the facial. My skin looks great. Even my husband said I looked younger. --There was no pressure to come back at any given interval, but I will plan to go every 6 weeks or so. I already booked my return appointment. --I can't think of anything negative to say. Viktoria is really wonderful. The only possible downside I can think of is that due to location, you're not getting the nice spa atmosphere, but it would cost twice the amount at a fancy spa and you'd likely not get anyone as well trained and experienced as Viktoria, so I really recommend Viktoria for a high quality facial at reasonable price.

Nancy and her team are amazing. I have had chronic cystic acne for 16 years! This was the first…read moretime I'd ever been to an acne specialist, and boy did I hit the absolute jackpot! Nancy validated all of my concerns and actively listened when I told her about my struggles with acne. She doesn't just give you a skincare plan (anyone can do that). She gives you diet and lifestyle changes to consider and also gives you lists of ingredients to avoid in your hair, skin, and home products and in your food! I thought I was very conscious about my products and my diet, and then she politely steered me in a better direction. If you're looking for alternatives to anything, she can help you find them AND they will all be acne safe! In addition, if you have sensitive skin, she's your best bet. My skin is VERY sensitive and I have reactions to nearly everything! She tested different products on me and found a routine that was safe for my sensitive skin and even helped me toughen my skin up so it's not as reactive as it once was. Trust the process! Take lots of pictures! Your skin will slowly but surely start to improve. It has been a night and day difference for me and I've only been seeing her for 7 weeks! Investing in your skin will be the best investment you ever make. I started this journey to get clear for my wedding in the spring, but I'm quickly realizing that this is a lifestyle I really enjoy!

I wouldn't say I have problematic skin by any means but face it, everyone can find some imperfections in themselves Ya? I have combination skin and black head/white heads that needs removal and kept clean till my next appointment mainly along with random spots or pimples. Bonnie doesn't just exfoliate my skin to perfection but also leaves me leaving her suite with glowing skin- no makeup needed! Seeing so many different estheticians in the past I honestly believe Bonnie is extremely knowledgable and understanding in her field. 5/5 stars and I'm a loyal customer for life and would recommend anyone to her!!

So I booked my first appointment with Maggie and walked in to the appointment slightly nervous. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. She chatted with me and got to know more about my life which made me feel a lot better about getting waxed again. It had been awhile. I let her know and she was patient with me through the whole process. Now be forewarned! Maggie's technique was different than the other esthetician I went to before. I was a loyal client of this med spa for nearly five years, hoping to see meaningful results with my skin. Unfortunately, that never happened. From the beginning, I noticed that recommendations felt more focused on selling the newest treatments or expensive products rather than truly understanding what my skin needed. I followed their advice consistently, investing thousands of dollars in treatments and high-end creams -- all used exactly as directed. The results were always temporary. My skin would feel nice for a few days after a treatment, but there was never any lasting improvement. Every time I expressed concern about the lack of results, I was told it could be due to hormones or some other issue, and then they'd suggest yet another cream or a different treatment -- repeating the same cycle. I trusted their expertise for years, assuming maybe they were right. I decided to try another med spa -- and the difference was night and day. The new place actually assessed my skin type thoroughly, suggested AFFORDABLE products that suit my skin from amazon and I started seeing real, consistent improvement. This made me realize that what I needed all along was a more personalized, thoughtful approach -- not a sales pitch. Looking back, I feel incredibly disappointed knowing how much time, money, and hope I invested for very little return. I share this not out of anger, but in the hope that others can make more informed decisions. Your skin deserves care, not just a sales strategy.
