Chandy O.

Got a response via yelp within 5 minutes talked over the details and was booked for that afternoon. Dennis was prompt and on time with excellent communication. The job was not an easy as my vehicle was on its 6th month of no wash with lots of dirt, mud and bug residue from hunting season. We went over the job and he started immediately. Very satisfied with the outcome . Will definitely use again and recommend. The cherry on top was definitely the water and mints he left for me. That was a nice touch Dennis

Dennis is absolutely top tier! My car came out looking spotless, and I can tell he pays attention to every little detail, my vehicle's interior has never looked or felt better. I love the little extras he adds, like the stamp card, water, and candies at the end, literally shows the care he puts into his work. He's punctual, respectful, and truly goes above and beyond. Bonus: he speaks Spanish, making communication super easy. Dennis also offers flexible maintenance packages, biweekly or monthly for individuals, and annual packages for business owners, which are perfect as a write-off. The prices are more than fair for the outstanding mobile service he provides. If you want your car treated like royalty, hit him up, you won't regret it!

PrimeLux did an awesome detail on our Thunderbird!

Dennis is a great detailer and a nice person. He responds quickly to your inquiry, provides up-front pricing, arrived on-time, and is a hard worker. Highly recommend that you give his company a try for your vehicle's detailing needs. Be aware that Dennis may not detail your car as his business is growing so he has a team of detailers. Rashell was very dedicated and also did a good job on our second vehicle recently.

Before: passenger side: full of a weeks worth of caked on mud

Let me start by saying Dennis is absolutely amazing and very respectful!! We had gotten back from a ski trip and the roads had been salted. We wanted to make sure nothing would rust. Dennis was quick to respond. He recommended the diamond package at first, but after seeing some pictures, he recommended the gold. He didn't try to upsell me or make me keep the diamond package. He was completely honest and I really did appreciate that. He was on time for our appointment and kept me up to date. He asked what I wanted him to focus on. I had no clue, all I wanted was a clean car. He gave me back a brand new car when he was done. Most car washes put a strong and overpowering air freshener, but Dennis doesn't put an air freshener that is over powering. It's a light fresh scent. He also has packages for maintenance. I'll definitely be taking him up on that. His prices are reasonable. We have taken our car for detailing to other car wash places, but you have to sit there and wait. Since Dennis comes to you, I was sitting in the convince of my own home. I've already recommended Dennis to my friends. He did an amazing job on my car. If you're looking for a respectable, hard working young person, I recommend you call Dennis.

Best decision I've made for my car! I recently got a ceramic coating and paint correction done by Dennis, and I'm beyond impressed with the results. My car looks better than brand new flawless paint, incredible shine, and it feels like it has a layer of armor now. Dennis is a true professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, gave honest recommendations, and treated my vehicle with so much care. His attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. If you're thinking about getting ceramic coating or any type of detailing work, I highly recommend Dennis. You'll get top-tier service, amazing results, and the peace of mind that your car is protected by someone who knows exactly what they're doing. Thank you again, Dennis you've earned a lifetime customer!

OUTSTANDING Needed to clean up my 2014 Mustang to sell it. Amazing job he did. He cleaned and shined the rims, washed and waxed the car, and the interior was as beautiful as it should be in all the small places! It was like I was on a used car lot looking inside all the clean fresh used cars to buy. He took only one hour and 40 minutes. WAY faster and cleaner than I would ever have gotten it. Love Him. My service I choose was about $90 total. read more

Dennis was punctual, professional, and explained the process precisely as to what I should expect. My 20 year old car looks amazing and smells extra sanitized. The inside of my car was pretty dirty. I had a passenger throw up in my car leaving stains and a horrible stench. I contacted Dennis and he responded within the hour with questions and details on services he provided. We were able to schedule a time asap and he provided an excellent service. We agreed to a reasonable price for a wash and interior detail with a focus on the worst area. Once he was all done the stains were gone and the smell cleared up. The end result was like my car was as good as new. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great detail read more

I called Dennis for help to remove excessive dog hair on a company vehicle. I didn't expect him to get all of the hair removed and all I can say, is that he did an INCREDIBLE job. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was honestly next level. I had my car detailed by Velour Auto Spa and I was blown away by the results. My car hadn't been cleaned in a while and they made it look better than when I first got it. What I really liked was the attention to detail and how professional everything felt. They showed up on time, came fully prepared, and took their time to make sure everything was done right. The interior looked brand new and the exterior had an incredible shine. You can tell they really care about their work and take pride in what they do. It didn't feel like a basic car wash at all it felt like a luxury service. Definitely recommend if you want your car to actually look and feel clean again. I'll 100% be booking again. read more

I had an amazing experience with Urban Coastal Detail! From start to finish, Dennis was professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about the condition of my car. The attention to detail was impeccable - my car looks great! He was able to get a lot of old stains out of the seats and carpets of my 2008 Honda CRV. The interior cleaning was so thorough that it felt like stepping into a fresh vehicle, and the scent was pleasing. He also offered great customer service, kept me updated, and was very punctual with his appointment. He even provided 2 waters and mints, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their car detailed - definitely worth the investment, as it was a fair price for the work! Will be coming back for sure. read more

I recently had my car detailed, and I'm beyond impressed with the results. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the customer service was top-notch--friendly, professional, and transparent about the services provided. The interior looks brand new. Every crack, crevice, and surface was thoroughly cleaned and conditioned. Stains I thought were permanent are completely gone. The exterior is equally impressive. What really stood out was the attention to detail. Nothing felt rushed. The trim was restored, the tires dressed perfectly, and even the trunk was spotless. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking to bring their car back to life. Worth every penny. read more
