Great doctor, young and very good in what she does. Very warm and caring. Can't recommend her high enough. The relatively new office, 5 years or so, quite busy but you can still schedule relatively soon. I saw this doctor last year. During the appointment, she was 45 minutes late. After the appointment, I got the bill and she coded everything wrong. I have called and messaged her multiple times and she has never responded. It has been 9 months and now has been turned over to collections because she coded it wrong and now will not fix it. DO NOT GO TO HER UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY A GIANT BILL OR GO TO COLLECTIONS. read more
After having a good recommendation by a well-known ophthalmologist I was referred to this physician to have a cataract surgery done. She seem to be very responsive at the time and got me scheduled to have the cataract done at one of the local hospitals. I now have a severe conjunctivitis and I have called her two or three times on the same day with no return phone all because she was too busy with patients. I didn't get a call the day after to schedule appointment to be seen not that day but three days after. She is as unresponsive as most busy physicians are today making lots of money. She cares less about the patient and what the patient can pay. I've been an oral surgery practice for 45 years and never refuse the patient that had pain when they called the office to have some of a treatment. I hardly recommend her to any patients that need serious ophthalmology care I refuse to go back to see her three days from now to treat my conjunctivitis thank you read more
