Our lawn at the time was in dire need of a good trim. My daughter spoke with him over the phone and he was able to come out that same day! He did a great job on the lawn and we were highly impressed. Afterwards, she spoke to Rick about putting some seeds down the following week and coming by bi-weekly and he said he'd send over some info and would be in contact soon. He texted later that he emailed info over. She replied that she didn't receive it and got no reply from Rick. She reached out again a few days later.. Again, no reply. A week later, when he was supposed to come by and put the seeds down, I gave him a call. No answer. I wish we had better things to say but unfortunately, due to the complete lack of communication and customer service, we don't. If you want someone responsive and reliable I highly suggest finding another service company.

After planting a pollinator garden, I needed someone to fill the top soil and top it off with mulch. There were other areas where I needed soil added and had new mulch to sharpen up the landscape before seeding and to prep for winter. The total area is a quarter acre, with the area on all sides, front and back. I had almost two pallets of materials. Terrance came out on time, he was super profe6and courteous. I told him what I wanted and where I wanted him to use his professional know how. He did a fabulous job! He saw I was low on mulch so he got creative and spread it in the neediest places. I am a hard to please person, but Greenscapers & Terrance exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased! I was even happier when he was finished and I saw he had completely cleaned up, packaged up all the trash and was super courteous. Greenscapers made the payment process easy. I have drainage issues and needed the entire area cleared of brush. Dave drew up both drainage and a landscaping plan for me in an AutoCad program. He was extremely easy to work with and picked lots of plant species that are easy to find locally in NC. That doesn't seem like a big deal for easy to find plants until you have to begin sourcing the plants. I worked with another company to do the actual landscape work and we are doing the plantings ourselves. Since then Dave has been a tremendous resource. He has helped me find my favorite plant nursery, a civil engineer, suggested alternative plants, and come back out to discuss additional tweaks to my yard. He is highly responsive, professional, prompt & affordable. I highly recommend Accent Design if you are looking for landscape plans & need a landscape architect to help you out. I will be hiring him again to do the front of my house once I can afford it.

I reached out 7.5 hours before our appointment to confirm and did not hear back until 1 hour before that a reschedule was needed. We set up a new day. No one ever showed- no contact before the appointment to let me know they weren't coming. I reached out when I couldn't wait anymore and never heard anything. Can't speak for their work, but definitely disappointed to give up two evenings in one week to meet with them only to be stood up with no explanation.
