The medical professional I was seeing was actually renting out an office. She was very friendly, very helpful. The staff was very inviting. They welcome me and asked me if I needed anything and I have a seat but cara was very informative and educational. The clinic was calm and quiet and everything was appointment only however, if you're used to the big healthcare systems, this made me feel a little bit more, patient centered because it was all about the patients and not the promotion of anything specific or a brand. It's also very easy in making urgent or last minute office hours appointment with her. She makes herself available and will squeeze your child in her schedule if all possible. She takes her time and explains everything to the parents. Her assistant April, is also wonderful. They treat you like family. At this point, I can't imagine trusting any other Pediatrician to care for our children. If you're looking for the BEST, go to Dr. Nguyen.
