I was involved in an unfornunate accident in April of 2015. The accident was not my fault. My insurance is progressive and I have been with them for several years. If you own a body shop, you NEED to know Mr. McDorman. He is a truly good and honest man who will fight for your customers rights. He has helped several of our customer's get a fair retail value for totaled vehicles and to make sure the vehicle should actually be totaled. We all know that the insurance companies tend to under value vehicles and can leave your customers holding the bag. He has also helped our customers stand up to the insurance companies to get high quality repairs that live up to our shops reputation and not half a job, which is what insurance companies, sometimes, want to pay. He is very knowledgeable and very good at his job. One example, we had a customer bring their new, 2016, car in that had been hit very hard on the front driver's side and also damaged the wheel and suspension components. My initial estimate for repairs was around $16K, while the insurance company came up with about $7K. The car could not be repaired for that, pure and simple and would have been a safety issue due to damaged suspension that the insurance company was unwilling to pay to replace, among other things.
