My second request was met by a response from their website saying I would not be given access because the date/time of my device was incorrect!? Of course it is, I'm from out-of-state. Do not use this company. If they can't get their electronic profile correct, I have little faith their appraisal service is any better.

They did not take over 150,000 of renovations inside of the house into account. All they did was to add around 30,000 based upon one other house. I spend around 100,000 renovating three bathrooms and over 50,000 renovating a kitchen, excluding the built in appliances and they seemed to have ignored all of that. They did not use pictures inside of our house and compared them to other houses. Their footage was off and room count. I told them not to use one house because I knew the owners and their house had bad mold damage and it sold for a low price, but they did anyway. I give this company a F. We also put in a very large cedar fence to cover our back yard. The cost was around 45,000 they said they would add value but they they blew it off. We had an expensive patio put in. They did not add any value for the patio, The roof is new they added no value, even though they said they would. This company is so bad they appraised our house on the low side of Zillow. Zillow does not know all of the renovations done to the house. Further they refused to take into consideration of the stone fireplace and stone work that we spent thousands of dollars upgrading. This company is terrible!

I wish I would have gone with someone else. He did NOTHING more than what I could have done myself by just looking on the internet at comps in our area or asking a realtor friend to do. In my opinion for what it's worth he did NOT do his job well. I would not recommend him!
