No response on Tuesday after telling her I will pick them up Wednesday. Today, Thursday morning she has blocked me both on her personal page and business page. She has added so much stress to my wedding day by flaking. Unprofessional & Rude are the kindest words I can think of this woman. First of all I did not have to pay for the room that I used for the small gathering held for my father's brother and sisters to come together after my father's funeral. The Loves were aware of the passing of my father as well as the passing of my mother in March 2020 and that there passing was less than a year apart. The Loves generously offered the use of one of their event room to me free of charge. When they allowed me to bring a few of my father's family together it meant the world to me. With that being said they gave me complete control of the heat which I had set at 70 degrees however I didn't have the heat on in the hallway leading outside. As that being the case when the door was left open a slight draft came into the room until the door was closed. As for the soap dispenser in the men's bathroom it was working just fine in the beginning so at some point it must have gotten broken and it wasn't brought to my attention if it had been it would have been taken care of right away because the Loves were just a phone call away and ready to assist in any way they could. As for the parking lot not being plowed Chris helped me to clear out 25 parking spaces with shovels which he did not have to do but his loving and caring heart promoted him to do so without hesitation and they were not being paid for anything. The legs were bent and missing the rubber bottoms. The underside of every table had spider eggs and webs. A cockroach crawled out of the leg of one of the tables. The chairs were sticky and rusted. When I asked Brad why they even had these in inventory, all he could say is, "I don't know." He also said I don't know why they pulled those.... We have new ones. I had someone else pick them up so I didn't have a chance to get something else. No one in the party rental business should EVER rent this kind of trash.

All Wined Down is connected to All Fired Up (two separate entrances but the same building with a door connecting the two inside). You can choose to visit the "All Fired Up" side of the business and only paint your ceramic piece or you can pick out your piece and sit on the "All Wined Down" side and enjoy wine (by the bottle or glass) and/or cheese platters while you paint your ceramic piece. We arrived on a Saturday as soon as All Wined Down opened, and spent 3 hours there (the time flies by). Unfortunately, they had sold out of the cheese plates the night before so we were unable to buy any food. There is a selection of wine (sadly no beer) that is decently priced. It would have been nice to see a partnership with local wineries and breweries (for example Wildcat and Thieme and Wagner Brewing Co). There is a large selection of ceramic items to choose from and every color you could think of for your creations. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable and you don't feel rushed to complete your piece. Items are ready a week later and they will hold them for several months in case you aren't able to return that quickly to the area. It also would be nice to have the option of high top tables for those customers who are taller, so you don't have to hunch over the table for such a long time. Overall, a great experience and we will be returning with friends to create more pieces.
