I have my own skates, so I didn't rent, but they have plenty of skates available for rental. They also have skate-walkers (not sure what they're called) that can be helpful for kiddos learning to keep their balance. While we were there, a lot of the arcade games were broken/out of order, but we still found some to play like skeeball. Sometimes kids were stopping on the floor when they shouldn't have been or started going backwards. I wish staff would've spoken up more about that because it was an accident waiting to happen! But maybe they're more enforcing of the rules during open skating a than private fundraising events. In other terms of safety, there was a police officer on site for security. The music was a mix of things but a lot of pop songs the kids were singing along to. The staff hosted some games that the kids enjoyed along with the open skate time. All in all, we had a great time and would come back!

She arrived without part of the order and brought incorrectly branded balloons, even though I had provided the correct artwork in advance. The on-site contact had to ask her to remove them and replace them with plain balloons because the client would not accept the incorrect branding. Jodi also discussed a tax issue directly with my client, even though I had already provided her with our tax-exempt certificate. As my subcontractor, any billing or tax questions should have been addressed with me, not my client. The event began at 10:30 a.m. At 11:45 a.m., while the golf clinic was already in full swing, Jodi texted my client that she was returning with replacement branded balloons--but they were still incorrect. At teardown, Jodi offered my client a free decorating event. Since the client is not local, they declined, and Jodi then offered it to the golf course. When another company entrusts you with its client, especially for an important corporate event, attention to detail, professionalism, and following the supplied specifications are essential. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I will not use this company again.

But when I got there, there was none behind the register. I said oh no this would be really bad if there isn't any left (which I acknowledge is an annoying comment).
