Finding a place that rents tables and clothing racks in Indianapolis was remarkably difficult. The first THREE pages of the Google search for "near me" brought up companies in New York and New Jersey. While the website for A Classic Party Rental is a hot mess, speaking with Grace on the phone was a lovely experience. The rental was painless and quite affordable (I needed clothing racks for my garage sale). Returning the racks took 60 seconds total. I will definitely rent from them again! (Probably tables for the spring garage sale...) read more

Super impressed with how easy this process was! For about $100, we rented forty folding chairs and got them picked up by the company. All I had to do was call and tell them what I need. You pay a percentage up front, then pay the rest about a day before your pick-up/delivery. They recently moved locations and are on Zionsville Road now. There are signs for the pick-up door, and you just pull your car up front and someone will come load it for you. Super easy and quick. I'll definitely be coming back for future party supplies! read more

We reached out to reserve and order a substantial amount of pipe and drape as well as tables for a corporate event. (Monday and Tuesday event, not weekend) They sent us the quote let us know everything was good and they would be able to provide the services and products needed. The week of the event, we reached out to make payment, and they informed us that they no longer could accommodate our event and needs, apparently the Monday and Tuesday events got really hectic. No prior communication, just straight out sorry we can't help you. We overbooked ourselves. Would not recommend this company as we are now scrambling to cover our event needs. read more

A Classic is A+ !! Mike Wiggins, Kevin Schwab and Clayton Sharp are so professional. EXTREMELY reliable and above all honest and fair. I absolutely love working with A Classic. Their tents are worth it and always nice and clean! read more

I've rented dishes and silverware from them for a couple of mid-sized gatherings (30-40 people). They are efficient, affordable, easy to work with, and their customer service is excellent. I will always return to them for my party rental needs! read more

Clayton was extremely prompt and wonderful when process began and even up to delivery was very helpful and flexible. I reached out the day after our wedding to inform the team they shorted us 17 chairs and that I wanted the statement reflected for how many chairs we actually received, and got no response. I then received a bill a week later saying we didnt return all the chairs. We promptly located the chairs and returned their email, however when I mentioned adjusting our bill, no response again. My husband then returned the chairs in person a few days later and no one was there to talk about the issue with him. Very unprofessional and poor service for a simple issue that could have been corrected easily. read more

We used A Classic Party for our day after brunch at my parent's house the day after my wedding and we were so pleased! We used their tents, tables, and chairs for a perfect day after brunch. They were extremely professional, timely, and respectful throughout the entire booking process. They came to set up the tent days in advance and picked it all up a day after the event. It was perfect and we were so glad we used them for part of our wedding services! read more

The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of their hours. It would be amazing if they were open sat afternoon and Sundays. Aside from that, the customer service was PHENOMENAL! I was able to get exactly what i needed at a fare rate. Prompt service and loading/unloading. read more

We have worked with this company several times. They are professional, organized, extremely helpful and great to talk to you on the phone. I would highly recommend them for any major event planning you have coming up! read more

Chung helped me put together the cutest baby shower! It was so easy from start to finish. Even though it was a smaller order for them, she made me feel like it was a special order! I highly recommend them! read more

A Classic Party Rental - Thanks Chung for all your help at my BaByQ shower :) - Party Supplies Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

Although distant from my front door, I like the location and lay out of this business. It's a huge party rental compound tucked behind Kroger, next to the Monon, on the south side of 86th street. I like the pick up drive through with big burly men to load in goods. I like the drop off drive through with big burly men to load out goods. I like the office. I like the follow up process. I like the website and easy search for possible good rentals. I like that I found them on Yelp & Twitter. I like their professionalism, and how resourceful they are. Prices were a little steep. At least for a popcorn maker (because yes, I know that's exactly what you're going to rent, too). A giant warehouse of tables and chairs for weddings and large events. A fine resource I'll be back to. read more

I've worked with A Classic on several parties now and have to say, despite not liking the prices of table, chair, etc. rentals (their prices are pretty standard), I do appreciate the professionalism and organization of this business. I love knowing that I can pull up to the bay and fill/unload my car within 5-10 minutes and be on the road again. *Expect to pay $1+ per chair rental - they offer around 9 varieties. You'll also find everything from table decor to tablecloths and everything in between. read more

While they may have all the products one would need for a party etc., they are not very friendly to the point of being rude. When I want to spend my money I would appreciate and expect civility, not arrogance. I will search for another business that is friendlier to work with when I plan my event. read more

A Classic Party Rental is awesome! I recently rented chairs tables and linens for my daughter's bridal shower with 30 guests. A Classic Party Rental was prompt, professional and friendly. Rachel Hill was quick to respond with estimates and patient when I needed to alter the order twice. :-) The delivery team was efficient, professional and cordial. Thank you Rachel and A Classic Party Rental for making this a most memorable event. I highly recommend folks book with A Party Rental for your next party or event! I would not recommend this company to anyone. We rented plates and glasses. The problem was when we went to return the items. They claimed we did not return everything. My wife had the paperwork on the returns but that was not good enough. She finally faxed the pink slip to them and made several phone calls before they finally said everything was OK. No apology. read more

Rented tables and chairs for a baby shower, the prices were fine, but the chairs were filthy and tables are old and heavy. You might want to invest in some new lighter weight tables. read more

I rented about 15 tablecloths from them for my wedding. They were just what I needed. No issues whatsoever. I was able to keep them for a few days, and then bring them back. The price was very good compared to everywhere else I looked. I recommend them. read more

I host parties for my friends and family multiple times a year and A Classic is always my go to resource for my party accessories. I always look forward to my next gathering so I can visit the A Classic staff and see all of the new linens and products they have! Be sure to ask them to explain certain things if you get confused by the rental language though...I sometimes have a hard time understanding what certain items mean or what measurements I will need. Other than that, I love A Classic! read more

I was very pleased with the delivery, set up and take down. The employees were friendly and courteous. The rental was exactly as promised. They were very reasonably priced. The items arrived clean. read more

I've been doing business with A Classic for well over 20 years. I would highly recommend them for any type of event party wedding or meeting you are planning. I had a great experience with this company until it was time to take the chairs back and they are claiming that there were 2 missing. They then proceeded to tell me that the cost would be $80.00 for the chairs which is about 2/3 of what the cost is to begin with! When I questioned their business practices with the Manager Mary, she informed me that they did not count out the chairs before or after they were brought back and that it was our responsibility, but no one ever informed us of this. So when I suggested we split the cost because there was obvious human error from which side we could not be sure, she informed me that she would not work with me and then she hung up on me!!!! I just wonder when customer service went out the window and why they would want to leave a bad taste in a bride's mouth after her wedding day, which is already filled with enough stress? Thanks best rentals for being the worst at customer service and basically stealing from your customers instead. Well done. read more
