The name of the place makes it sound like it is just brows but she offers more skincare services. She gave me the deep cleansing facial and my face afterwards felt refreshed, clean and smooth. She started with a steaming and exfoliating cleanser with some little rotating tool. She also did extractions, applied a pumpkin masque, brightening serum and moisturizers. The best part of the facial in my opinion was the warm wax on the hands and feet for extra moisturizing. She also put hot towels over my feet and hands to keep the moisturizer warm during the facial. Update 11/11: Wasn't even going to reply since my mom just died and I have way more important…read morethings to deal with but since the owner commented EIGHT separate times to this TODAY and I keep getting email after email about her commenting on this: I was going to send her the screenshot of me inquiring about the touch up in July but she blocked me. At this point it's a moot point anyway so drop it. 10/28: I booked with Chae Magnifique in September 2019- paid in full at the time of booking- and the owner cancelled my appointment hours before I was supposed to have it. She only offers appointments during the week but I had taken time off of work for the appointment. However, I understand that emergency situations happen, BUT if you look at some other reviews, I see that she didn't extend the same grace to people who had to reschedule last minute. If the tables were turned and I had cancelled on her just hours before the appointment, it wouldn't have been ok. If you're going to have expectations for your clients, it's important to have the same for yourself. I ended up rescheduling my appointment for December, then had to reschedule again for March (not last minute) because I realized I scheduled my December appointment before running a half marathon, which wouldn't have worked because you're not supposed to workout right after the procedure. When I went in in March, I could feel she wasn't happy to be there, I'm not sure if it's because I asked her to do a Saturday since I had already taken off of work for the appointment she cancelled on me last minute for or what, but she just wasn't very welcoming. I didn't get a hello or anything. Even so, she did a great job so I planned to return and refer her. After you have your appointment, you have 6 months to get a touch up for $50. Well after my appointment happened, everything shut down because of COVID. When things opened back up, I went online in July to schedule my touch up and she had no available touch up appointments until October, which would be 7 months. I wrote her about this and got no response. It's great that she's that busy, but her appointment times are veryyyyyy limited to begin with and during the middle of the week when most people have to work. And since no one could have gotten a touch up during the government-mandated shut down I would think there would be an extended grace period for touch ups. But from what I've seen from other reviews, even without the shut down, people have had similar experiences, so I don't think she's interested in doing the touch ups since they aren't as lucrative. Lastly, if you look at any of the bad reviews on here, the responses from the owner are less than kind. It's completely understandable to want to defend yourself, but as a business owner, you're going to have unhappy customers. There's no way to make EVERYONE happy. But it really doesn't look good to argue with someone who didn't have a good experience because you're kind of proving their point. I'm a business owner myself and if I have a bad review, I work with the customer to figure out what I can do to turn the experience around. The owner did a great job on my brows and they looked great at first, but unfortunately now that they're faded and couldn't get in for my touch up, and I wouldn't return.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR MICROBLADING !!!…read more Just saw on IBROWS PLUS Henderson, NV - Christine's Facebook page posted two pictures of my eyebrows and photoshopped them to deceive the public into a Bait & Switch of services. These two pictures posted of me, by Christine, clearly show that the original hairbrush stokes used on Nov 19, 2022 had completely faded away as stated below. The two pictures from Dec 27 clearly show the before and after procedure to make them look like what we initially agreed on as services. I added a comment and photos to her Facebook page, but Im sure she will delete. READ BELOW I contacted Christine Nguyen at IBROWS PLUS at 520 Marks St. Ste 103, Henderson, NV to set up a consult for microblading using a hairbrush technique that she claimed was her speciality. At first, she tried to discourage a consult and wanted me to just trust her and make the appt for the procedure, because it takes her 45 min to draw/shape the brows. I said, I did not feel comfortable allowing anyone to apply a permanent ink on me without first meeting them, to actually see the shaping of my brows (drawn on using the hairbrush technique), and discussing the process. I also told her, I would pay her $50 for her time. She agreed by Venmoing her the money. I went in for the consult on Nov. 17, 2022. I loved the shape and the hairbrush technique (pictures included). Therefore, I made an appt for Nov 19th @ 10am. At that appt. she had to redraw the shape and applied a numbing cream. When she was finished (2hrs) they looked awesome- same as the consult. She told me the ink would last 1-3 years with many returning b/w 3-6 months for a touch-up with a fee $140. After that time, the visit would cost the full amount of $340. As I was leaving, she gave me a sample ointment and told me to use if my skin began to feel itchy. Two days later the ink began to disappear (pictures included). I contacted her and she said to wait two weeks so the healing process could finish. After two weeks, I contacted her again to send her pictures of my brows showing the ink and 90% of the hairbrush strokes were gone. At that time she said, don't worry she would fix it and we made an appt for Dec. 27th. At that visit, I didn't notice until we were finished, but she changed techniques from the hairbrush strokes to just filling in the entire brows- no hair brush strokes visible. When finished, she stated again that the ink would last because she went deeper into the skin. As I was leaving she asked me to pay her $140 for the touch-up (even though I contacted her 2 days after and she was the one who told me to wait, and yet I was still 5-6 weeks out), and gave me another ointment. I waited two weeks to contact her about my brows, because that was the time frame she gave me before. During these text messages, I sent pictures of my brows (pictures included) to show the 2nd procedure she did, was blotchy. There are areas where the ink had faded. Christine took no responsibility for my disappearing ink and stated even today that my brows need more time to heal. The ink that has faded is gone! More time will not bring back the color. I requested 1/2 of my money back, thinking that was fair b/c of her time, but she refused. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute both charges. I truly hope that anyone wanting microblading will go to a professional place, who actually performs quality work and stands by their words "ink will last 1-3 years" NOT A FEW DAYS.

Shortly after, an older woman came from the back and quietly asked what service I was looking for. She wasn't rude but she definitely wasn't conversational. My eyebrows turned out as expected which is the most important however the service lacked and just overall the entire vibe of the whole thing.
