Renata did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I've over-plucked them since the glorious 90's and I never thought I'd have normal brows again. Renata took the time to map them out and came up with a shape that I absolutely love and I'm so happy with the finished product. The process itself is not completely painless. The numbing cream worked well but it didn't last forever, so eventually I did feel every stroke, but it was more of an irritating sensation than painful. Your experience will depend on your tolerance for pain. My tolerance level is fairly moderate so it wasn't too bad, but if you don't handle pain well, you won't like it. I just got the procedure done on 8/11 so I'll have to update once I'm all healed. All in all, I highly recommend the procedure and I especially recommend Renata. She's pleasant, knowledgeable and was great to work with. Thanks Renata!

Amazing esthetician Renata gave me the most amazing facial I've ever had! I had my eyebrows waxed also (they were in some pretty bad shape) and the brows look fantastic. The name of the place makes it sound like it is just brows but she offers more skincare services. She gave me the deep cleansing facial and my face afterwards felt refreshed, clean and smooth. She started with a steaming and exfoliating cleanser with some little rotating tool. She also did extractions, applied a pumpkin masque, brightening serum and moisturizers. The best part of the facial in my opinion was the warm wax on the hands and feet for extra moisturizing. She also put hot towels over my feet and hands to keep the moisturizer warm during the facial. Also another bonus was the neck, shoulders and head massage after the facial. Oh my gosh I needed that badly!!!! This place is a beautiful, relaxing salon located In the Salon District. Her prices are extremely reasonable and you get more for your money here than a spa. Thank you Renata for making my skin glow! read more

Made an appt to get my brows done. Showed up early and waited to be seen. When she came out she said that because she text me yesterday and I didn't respond she canceled my appt. The problem is I never received a text. She had the wrong number. I work full time and go to school full time and can't come back when it's convenient for her. She should have waited to see if I showed up and not canceled because I paid for this service. Very unprofessional. read more

I was hesitant to get my eyebrows microbladed at first, but after visiting the shop and having my consultation with Renata, I was more at ease. When I first walked into her shop, the atmosphere was very relaxing, clean, and inviting. Renata was so sweet and very thorough with what I should expect from the process. Let me just start off by saying renata is phenomenal in her line of work. She's patient and she knows her trade. I was bullied at a young age for having bushy brows, so i decided to pluck them to look like the "other girls". Thus resulting in them no longer growing back... So! i went to renata based off of all the positive feedback and now i can wake up confident everyday. I no longer need to spend 15 minutes or more out of my day trying to apply decent eyebrows! My microblading session with Renata was a breath of fresh air. She is meticulous and very knowledgeable in her craft. I'd had previous microblading- it was a diasaster! My brows were uneven, different thicknesses, not symmetrical at all and I was not happy with the color. This is a long overdue review...Renata is AWESOME. She did my eyebrows back in January and I still love them!! I do not live in Las Vegas but rather a small town nearby ~ so choosing the right person to do this was a challenge ~ I feel like I hit the jackpot finding her! She is a skilled professional with a very patient demeanor and extremely detail oriented. I had plans to go back and see her for a facial however Covid hit. Her work office is maintained impeccably...soooo clean ~ I would not hesitate recommending her for any of her services. I fully intend to continue seeing her as my travel to Vegas permits. I will say, at first it seemed too dark and I was concerned ~ but absolutely no regrets shortly after the procedure. I have only lived in LV since July 2018 and had been having problems finding an esthetician. I found Renata and Bold 3D Brows via a Groupon for micro blading. I am beyond pleased with the results that only required one touch up. My eyebrows look amazing and the level of service I received made me try Renata for a facial and micro dermabrasion. Her price point is reasonable, her facials are both healing and relaxing. Her location is convenient, plenty of parking and the salon is clean and well maintained. read more

I'm only putting 4 for now as I'm only in day one of the healing process... I was very reluctant to trust a Groupon deal for such a procedure as microblading, but the reviews there and even Facebook recommendations for Renata at Bold 3D Brows convinced me to schedule. Renata was very responsive to my request for an appointment and got me in within a few days after arranging her schedule to accommodate my schedule. She sent me information ahead of time to prepare. She took her time in the beginning to explain how the session would go, what I could expect, and why that was the process. The office space was gorgeous and relaxing (I almost fell asleep at one point). I'm so happy with the look so far, see the pics to see what I mean!! The only issue I had is that it hurt before the numbing cream was added, but once it was added I couldn't feel a thing except a few tiny places that must not have gotten cream on them. And the sound was so terrible to hear for someone who is easily bothered by sounds, but I don't believe that was exclusive to Renata.. just how microblading goes. read more

Hands down 5 stars! I was absolutely terrified how my brows would be after having microblading and I will say best decision I've made. My husband bought me a microblading session with Renata.yes it was painful. I have also shaved off about 5 minutes of make up time from not needing to fill in my brows! My reaction was different than most. I didn't experience peeling or losing hair. My brows did not get lighter or darker. They have bee perfect since day 2! I always get compliments on my brows even from make up artist and my threading lady. I highly recommend getting your brows done with Renata! No I go to her for my facials. Her facials are amazing and she takes such good care of my face now. read more

I asked her to remove the portion of her reply which only included the private health info, and she refused so I'm rewriting it. I have gone here 3 times and not has any issues. I liked their technicians and I haven't met the owner in person but my text interactions were ok with her. This morning I received this text message from the owner: "Good morning Katelyn, This is Tori over at Sugar Me Clean. I was reviewing last week's intake forms and noticed you shared with your service provider that you currently have active staph infections in two areas of the body. For the safety of our team and all clients, we are unable to proceed with any sugaring services while an active staph infection is present. Staph is highly contagious, especially when there are open sores, lesions, or irritated skin. Because sugaring exfoliates the skin and opens the follicles, it increases the risk of spreading infection to other parts of your body, our staff, or other clients. For that reason, we will need to cancel your upcoming appointment until the infection is fully healed and cleared by a medical professional. Once the area is no longer infected--meaning no open wounds, redness, drainage, or active symptoms--you are welcome to reschedule. If you have any questions or need help rebooking once it's resolved, feel free to reach out. Thank you for understanding and for helping us maintain a safe, clean environment for everyone. --Tori" Here are the facts: During my wax, I shared with my technician that I used to experience staph a year ago when I began working out regularly and engaging in body contact exercises. I shared this with her because she sold me a sugar scrub for ingrown hairs, and I was just sharing my personal experience with how it had helped me in the past to exfoliate and keep the bacteria that could cause staph at bay. We also discussed acne and I shared with her that I use a cream that helps with my hormonal acne. I had a full coverage long sleeve sweater on, and I mentioned I was having current acne on my chest. She did not seem concerned, didn't halt the service, didn't address my acne or the conversation further at all. It is my understanding per Tori, that the technician after the appointment, indicated on an intake form that I not only had active staph, but she indicated she VISIBLY SAW two active infections on my body. Tori only told me this after I argued with her about why she was waiting 5 days to engage me, why she straight up TOLD me I had staph (she's not a medical doctor??? And I've never met her??) and why I'm being now told I have to get doctor clearance to revisit. I asked why this was handled so unprofessionally instead of communicating directly about the obvious miscommunication. She escalated to then STATING she had documentation that I was not aware of, of an active infection on my body, which is not true. Then, when I left a review about how I felt violated, I was mistreated, and that I am baffled that this was handled so carelessly she replied to my review with details of our private conversation and stated a lie that I DID OF MY OWN WORDS SAY I had staph active on my body at the time of my appointment. This was not stated by me ever. I was baffled and tried to resolve it and then just called a liar. Publicly accusing me now of coming in with an active infection. And mind you - no one even saw my chest at all. I asked the owner to please remove that from her response as it's not only false, but would be considered private client information of me being posted by her. She refused to do that for me. Insane behavior. Would not go here! And don't make casual conversation about past health issues because apparently they document it like they're a clinic and then make medical decisions for you. Update: you can see clearly in her yelp reply below that Tori continues to lie. She changed her story AGAIN to instead say that I waited to tell her until after. I have text message proof and also I stated above that NO this conversation with the technician happened CASUALLY DURING THE HAIR REMOVAL and was a reference to a PAST EXPERIENCE I had with staph. I had my LEGS BEHIND MY HEAD while I was talking to this tech about my PAST issues with skin care and going to the gym in relation to staph. Not thinking it was going to be reported as 'I have staph actively on my body'??? i never said that to your tech. And my issue was you coming at me accusing me. and now you're just lying and for what? You only had to clarify and apologize the second I pointed out the miscommunication and said no I don't have staph!!!!! Instead of immediately apologizing for the misunderstanding or attempting to clarify with me or the technician directly, Tori continues to call me a liar and claim I said I had a skin infection which I did not. see our text exchange below

She was honest from the beginning about covering my prior tattooed eyebrows, and how it might not completely cover my prior color.
